@@KBAFourthtime, yep. Cinar was renamed Cookie Jar Entertainment in 2004. Then they ceased operations in 2012 and were folded into DHX Media (now WildBrain), not unlike Cookie Jar buying and folding DiC Entertainment four years earlier.
