This is just to help a little with more information: In Bolivia not only Afro Bolivian suffered discrimination from the reach white elite but, maybe even more the native Bolivians like Aymaras, Quechuas and Chiquitanos( all the indigenous people from Bolivia) until now that an indigenous president was elected and he changed the Bolivian Constitution and now discrimination is not allowed and this government is struggling and fighting hard against it because, 400 years of discrimination brought by Spaniards and other European that treated all natives and Afros really bad is not easy, but this government is working hard . One thing I know per sure that Bolivians in general do not discriminate afro Bolivians like in other countries but, the discrimination comes from the white elite the same ones that stole the Bolivian countryminerals, oil gold etc for 4 centuries. Afro Bolivian music is pretty and there is a lot beautiful music in Bolivia as well as dances etc.
