- An easy solution to change the camera glass on the Google Pixel 7 Pro. The camera glass on the Pixel 7 Pro is sealed using liquid plastic, making the glass removal very hard. The difficulty level is 8.5 for this repair. Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7 camera glass repairs should be exactly the same. The only difference might be the newly released Pixel 7A.

Thank you for the training! I watched your video as I was doing mine. I ended up having to put the sticky stuff towards the cameras though so it would stick. It seems to be fine, there's no blurry areas at all. I spent $8.80 on Amazon for the lens cover and was very careful taking my old one off but this was far better than spending $200! There is places that you can get it done for 50 or $60 I think. But that's on the low end. You can do this yourself if you can see good, youre patient and careful. Just take your time when you're doing this then don't touch the lenses. It was relatively easy to remove the glue and everything though by heating it up with the blow dryer. The whole process took me about 15 minutes but I was doing it slow and carefully. Good luck!

Just happened to me. Spoke to google and they are going to pick it up and replace the whole back panel for free. What I'm worried about is I can see the camera lense has a glass shred on it and it has scrached the lens a little. Fingers crossed google replaces the whole thing.
Ok. They should replace it and test everything to make sure it's all good before sending it back. You should be fine 👍🏽

So what if the camera won't focus after? I made sure it would before I put the new glass on it
Most likely something is interfering with the camera. Fingerprint, dust, something that keeps its from focusing on the subject.
Like you said after removal of the broken lens the camera was good without any issues. It has to be the glass that was installed next.
The fix would be to clean the glass area test again to see if everything work well. If you try cleaning etc... And nothing you'd have to replace the glass again ( removing the glass intact without any Crack will be difficult but if possible ideally you'd remove the glass clean it make sure it's all clear and reinstall it)

The photos on my pixel 7 using the wide angle lens are coming out blurry, zooming out or in normal mode the photos are normal. But whenever I use the rear camera's wide angle, be it a photo or a video, the image becomes blurry. The front camera's wide angle works without any issues. So, is it a hardware problem or a software problem?
To confirm it's a software issue you will need to change the camera module. If the phone camera glass was never replaced it was very well be a software issue. Pixel devices are known to have a few bugs. My pixel 7 Pro Camera was not working right out of the box. It needed a software update. The camera software update fixed all the issues.
