HOW TO SPEND A DAY AT THE SKY GARDEN

- We’ve seen your comments (THANKS FOR THESE, WE LOVE THEM) asking us to go and film at London's Sky Garden, so we asked them if we could come and spend the day and they said that nobody has been allowed to film before but they’d make an exception for us if we were on time and well behaved.
We weren’t on time or particularly well behaved, but we did have a great day.
In case you’re wondering what the Sky Garden is?
Sky Garden is London’s tallest public garden. They also have different restaurants and bars that we liked. A LOT. Entry is free but you need to book before you go - tickets sell out quick so get in there early.
Here’s how we spent our day:
• Sunrise Yoga (watching, not doing)
• Breakfast at the Darwin Brasserie
• Lunch at the Fenchurch Restaurant
• Drinks at the City Garden Bar
Just so you know, Sky Garden didn’t pay us to make this film but they let us film and sorted us out massively with food & drinks (HUGE thanks to Fran, Katie, and Becky at Rhubarb!) However, we would never film anywhere we wouldn’t pay to go ourselves. And as entry to the Sky Garden is free, there’s no reason you shouldn’t go there at least once.

i've just recently discovered you, but seeing how high the production value of your videos are and considering this is an old video, i'm really surprised at how your channel isn't bigger than it is. you guys do an amazing job and should be one of the top food channels worldwide, easily competing with other big American channels. keep up the good work, surely you'll get there.

You have to book tickets at least 2-3 weeks beforehand, however, if you go around 2.00pm you can join a line without booking, but I suggest you go earlier and wait around. If you go later you will find the line all around the block. Very expensive menu but a great venue that is free. I love London, if this was New York they would be chaging around $25-30 per person. When you have done this trip, go across the river to Tate Modern, they too have a viewing tower that is also free,and see London from another angle

Maarten Willem van Gruijthuijsen haha that’s a new one. Decent short back and sides haircut firstly, then towel dry and use a gooey wax like VO5 to push it back with.

Actually, all you need is a restaurant reservation. If you only want to look around, then you need the ticket.

Hey Dal! The Fenchurch Restaurant and the Darwin Brasserie are heated but the gardens are the same temp as the weather outside. So dress for the weather outside if you're visiting the gardens.
