Oz and Mother Trucker chef Mong are traveling up north where snakeheads apparently swim wild amongst the fruit orchard canals. The two have arranged a skill trade where Oz would help Mong brush up on his fishing skills in hopes of catching one, while Mong teaches Oz a mouthwatering new recipe for cooking his favourite fish!
Ancient Pole Fishing
Oz decides he wants to connect to his Chinese heritage by learning an ancient Chinese fishing technique called "Qing Liu", before joining a competition. Oz learns how to fish without a reel and his catches became the highlight of the competition!
