Ask MandR: Why do you think lego neglects the separatists so much? The by far have the least amount of sets made of any main faction, and even when the prequels and clone wars were new they were still dwarfed by the republic. Seems really imbalanced to have 20 clones, a gunship, an at te, and plenty of speeders, walkers, and turrets against 8 battle droids and a spider droid.

The only thing I can think of is that they don’t count droids as figures but besides that idk, I would buy any separatists set at this point

Strangely enough, someone gave me the OG Rebel Scout battle yesterday for free (it’s an incomplete set, but it’s only missing 1 piece). I’d really love to do a side by side comparison
That rebel vs stormtrooper battle pack is pretty sick besides for the decrease in mini figs

3) $25 dollars more than the two sets it tried so desperately to market itself from.
4) why isn't the set better for more money?
I think that, if Lego were going to do a pink astromech droid, R2-KT would have been a better droid to use, though she might have been harder to get a license for. Or, if they wanted a droid from D-squad, M5-BZ would have been a better choice, or, even better than the droids, Clone Commando Gregor.
R2-KT is QT-KT Dave Filoni heard about it and renamed it for the Clone Wars and gave her to Aayla Secura.

its crazy to think that when battle packs first came out they were £10 and now they are shooting up to crazy levels

How do you display your larger sets? I recently purchased a few of the Ikea Billy bookshelves and they look great, but I've been surprised at how many of my sets were too wide to fit behind the glass doors.

The troop carrier only holds 3 troopers because it only comes with 3 troopers. If there were 4 rebels in the set, the transport would carry all four. That’s not a slight or a ‘downgrade’ from previous ones. It still holds all the troops that came in the box.
