The problem with borrow time is that for fight with multiple phases you kinda need to wait for a bit
But if you wait your S3 will be in the first slot
So if you can't use borrow time with S3 in the first slot

The answer is all of it. Every time. Just ruin their day. You don't WANT to even TRY to do the math because Time Moratorium's damage is based on Stacks (Potency, but for clock nerds!).
The first turn, it's 1 Stack. The stored damage is only 15% more than what was dealt. Second turn is 2 Stacks, so now it's 30% extra damage of what you deal being stored. I am NOT doing the math in my head.

Use Don's S3 first then try to change it to Reverb(Yellow) on the same turn
After that just Burst Tremor as many time as you can and when the second turn end all the damage gets applied
And the enemy just explodes

That is where the damage comes from
Reverb turn Tremor into rupture kinda
Everytime you Tremor Burst it deals the potency as Sloth damage
This is why Tremor is melting Bosses
