Is the Shiney side up or down when creating it and cutting on the cricket? I have someone doing it for me but they said the reflective side is 9n the down side. I'm thinking they haven't used this before.

no. you have to buy vinyl made for the material you plan to press on. example vinyl made for cotton wont adhere correctly to nylon. vinyl made for nylon has different application instructions. you run the risk of melting your nylon garment under the heat.

the transfers i use from transfer express are not made with vinyl at all. its made with plastisol ink. plastisol ink is the same ink used to screen print directly onto t shirts. the transfers i buy from transfer express are screen printed transfers.
i personally dont relabel these jackets so im not sure. there is some sort of coating on the inside. not sure how it'll react to direct heat. or if it'll apply correctly over that coating. if you try it, let me know how it goes

i use poly mailers and the post office. not sure if its the cheapest coming from Hawaii. but thats my method here in LA to ship to all 50 states
