I use my binder attachment on my straight stitch (don’t have the attachment for my ovation yet). I have been rounding the corners of my throws and large quilts so I don’t have to mitre or cut the binding at the corners. Looks lovely! Looking Forward to getting the binder attachment for my ovation and testing the rounded corners on there as well :-)
Hello Deborah, I looked you up because I bought one of your collector's bear way back in 1996 in Germany. Yes, that's a long time ago! I have the little bear, Jeremy, 1/2000. I was curious to see whether you're still making bears...? Wishing you all the best, Faith, from Norfolk, England.
The quilt is so cute but I love your binding ideas. Thank you
Thank you Deborah, next quilt i will try this method. Greetings from Germany, Dagmar

What size binder did you use?
Can I do this process using 80/20 batting and quilting cotton front and back?
I tried it today and yes it does.
You can’t make the corners?
Sorry but serger doesn’t sound right just saying. Needles sound like they are hitting face plate?
