What do you think baptism for the forgiveness of sins means in the Nicene Creed? I am a historic premillennialist at the moment. I have read a lot of partial preterist literature, though. Some of them seem to go too far, though. The synoptic Gospels are more preterist, I think. I am not so sure about Paul and Revelation, though. I am actually going to do a very in-depth study on the Trinity and the views of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Do you know any exegetical books that defend all the points of creedal trinitarianism? Also the fourth political theory book sounds interesting I assume you interact a lot with Alexander Dugin and some of the Eurasianist authors .

It's repeating what the Bible literally says so depending on how you interpret the Bible is what it means.
The Bible also teaches that the “one baptism” is for the remission of sins. Acts 2:38 states that upon one's obedience to the command of baptism, their sins are remitted and forgiven.
In the Bible, Acts 2:38 says, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

@@jcr4runnerI 100% agree it’s based on the text of Acts2:38 I read that verse in a similar way to some of the modern sacramental baptists like Anthony R Cross or GR Beasley Murray.
