2024, and I had just bought a kit to make 4 cards very much like this. The instructions were not clear, and it also did not help that I have never made any type of pop-up cards before.
Looking at the reviews on the card kit after purchase, I saw several people left poor ratings on it. One person said to look up how to make pop-up cards.
Sifting through the videos available, I came to yours! Exactly what I needed!❤

I want to give something to the person I love that I actually made, then I suddenly remember this from a few years ago that me and my older niece were making this with this tutorial.
I now have something to give to her. I want to put in a lot of effort as she does for me when giving gifts.
I'm so glad that the exact same video still exists in RUclips and I nailed guessing the name.
[Update] : She actually loved it so much, including with the other gifts I gave for her. She even uploaded it in Social Media, and she is so grateful for it.

to anybody wondering about sizes just fold a piece of printer paper or some paper the same size in hot dog style ( in half on the left to right fold not up to down).
Then you unfold and take the corner and make a triangle by lining the side of the corner with the fold you made.
Then cut out the triangle and you have a square!
You can do it on each corner for each piece of paper so you get 4 squares each paper.
They all are the same size too
I did this and it looks beautiful!

I agree, it's a gorgeous card, and once you learn how to put the flowers together - you know, like where to put the glue and so on - it's really easy to make and you can make so many different sorts of flowers. I've made poppies with bright red origami paper, which I already had at home in lots of colours. I use glue dots to stick the flowers together.

I think I know what the problem is because the same thing happened to mine at first. The part where your gluing all the flowers together, make sure you ONLY glue at the top, does that make sense? What I mean is don’t put glue on the entire petal, only put it where the dots and edges are. Hope this helps

It might be a good to give an idea of sizeing. It's a bit daunting having to guess and possibly ending up with a lot of paper mistakes. Otherwise outstanding card.

I've seen other videos on the similar project like yours but you use two shades of purple!
My only question is, what are the dimensions of the squares at the beginning of the video? Unless they're at either 10 x 10 cm? Or 9 x 9 cm? Or does it not matter?
