Additional L5 gnss signal is great for L1-L2 lidar and P1 post processing which is not avaliable in m300. I certainly get better control via longer signal range. Controller has fantastic feeling but not a major upgrade other than signal strength. Battery station is a better upgrade rather than a new pair of batteries. If you already have 3 sets of batteries for m300 new battery station with quick charge option makes it like 6 sets of batteries if you have a generator or power connection close by. I dont like the position of blades. when you want to close the bag you may brake them if you are not careful. M300 has sponges to fix the blades which is better i think. My m300 had some chronic problems after couple hundreds of flight regarding the gnss card thats why i need to upgrade to m350.
@@DylanGormanah it’s the actual software interpreting the sound of the drone as voices. It creeped me out. I heard about something similar happening on a US flight. Something failed on the intercom system and it picked up the mechanical sounds. It spent the entire flight moaning at the passengers.
Hey Dylan! I just finished watching your 350,000 USD LiDAR project and I'm very very impressed with your work. Do you mind connecting since I am about to go head first into this field and you channel is the only one that I have found that talks about LiDAR actively?
How is it possible to get 46min with the P1? I never got more than 35min, max, with not recommended 7 to 8% of battery. How you do it, to get those 46min?
Hey Dylan Gorman, I am wondering. did you ever announce the giveaway winner for the Air 2s on April 30th, you said you would post it in a "upcoming" video. So far i have not found that. Could you please link that video?? Or at least give the title of it. Thanks
@@DylanGorman I'd be interested! ;-) I've never seen one of these two models before. They look like some military equipment, only missing the weapons. I've seen another one like that from DJI and it was able to carry and use a search light, iirc. This thing was pretty badass too.
I think you forgot to mention that the 350 has a fail safe sensor that won't let you take off if your arms are not locked.
If DJI fixed the ridiculously harsh braking when going to neutral stick, then yes it is worth it. Watching your review now.
They can withstand -35°c without too much issue as long as you keep the battery warm before flight
As always, great review of a new product. Hope to see your LIDAR demo in Idaho. I'm still "hovering" in the San Franshithole Bay Area. ; )
Come see us there!

The drone 😅 my audio filter failed and I didn’t realize it until I uploaded the video

I’m glad I’m not alone
Mind me asking who you went through to purchase the vest with logo? Also, love your content.

@@DylanGormanYou mind if I shoot ya one too? I’ve got a ton of questions, currently in the process of my 107
Go for it!
@@DylanGorman Hey Dylan, may I also contact you as well?
What kind of software do you use for recording this drone flight?
It’s built into the smart controller

I’m based in FL so maybe it has to do with me being closer to sea level and minimal winds?

The M350 does not support the XT2 or the Zenmuse Z 30.

Hey Jesse! The drone was won by a gentleman in Canada by the name of Jay!
@@DylanGorman awesome congratulations to Jay on a fantastic new drone
How many sensors and cameras those things have lol
Too many haha
11:51 - 12:02 whos talking ?
Nice
Thanks
👍👍
To bad how much it costs though. Large dollar signs there. But with DJI you get what you pay for.
Who else can't afford either of these drones? 😅
The drone say: brrr blah blrlaaa blaa blaaaa?
It's part of the new AI update for the M350!
Sounds horrible. I love it! @@DylanGorman
Battery is dying really fast
I need that controller for my Mini 3 Pro😊
Haha just connect an IPad and it will be way cheaper
