Something i always do when i storm camp fishing at the dock i build a box and edit a window facing the water to get fish and having a box can help with players sneaking up on you and trying to one pump you
Congrats! I think that with a little coaching you could do great at competitions. Yes us older guys are never gonna be as skilled as most of the younger people so I guess its a matter of using a different strategy like you did with the camping. Specially in a team with multiple aggressive players your skills can help keep the team alive using your camping skills, storm knowledge and rotation knowledge. Just find a team that can appreciate your skills and you'll automatically get better at the parts that need improvement.

I had big success this season with the normal one shot strat, hit unreal in only 132 Matches. Almost Perfect. Thank you and keep up what you are doing

I think keeping a car with you to help you escape when people pull up on you fishing and stuff will help prevent some of those early deaths
