Lorry, just wanted to thank you for your channel. It’s surprisingly refreshing to see non-dramatic content on plastic surgery. No judgment and sensationalism, just polite informative observation. Very ethical.
Right? This is the best channel to watch on this topic! Some people get mad because their fav celebs are on here but I’m like girl, your favorite person is lying to you about being natural😂
IMO it's because plastic surgery is much cheaper than it used to be. You can get CareCredit (if approved), go abroad, or hell even buy it from Groupon.

The fact that these ladies are putting their plastic surgery videos on Tiktok makes me feel like it’s about more than just surgery. Is it also seeking social approval or praise? Not sure and I’m sure each person has their own reasons for posting. It’s concerning how normalized plastic surgery is becoming. That said, I do appreciate how candid some of the Tiktok posters are. So interesting what you're saying about the jaw. I have orthodontics right now to correct my jaw/bite and I noticed it has caused aesthetic changes as well. It's even changed the way my lips look.
@@jacwest7406 yes! the biggest change is that I lost 20 pounds from having Invisalign, I lost my double chin. Its very common, everyone loses a lot of weight because of the eating restrictions with Invisalign.
I also noticed changes to my jaw and face shape when looking at my before and after pics from having braces! I had an underbite and my jaw was positioned more towards the left instead of being centered. Had to get braces because I was wearing down my molars since I was only chewing on that side since my bottom and top molars barely touched on the other side. Afterwards, my face definitely looked a little more symmetrical and I lost that Habsburg jaw thing I dealt with beforehand! Also lost a lot of weight during those two years due to not being able to eat as many things so face looked less puffy too

Totally agree with what you’re saying about the “custom jaw implant” one, there’s an immediate aesthetic improvement but still when you look closer you see her bite is still off and it would have been better to get jaw surgery to bring the whole lower jaw forward rather than just the chin 😢
I’m so happy I started following channels to helps me get back a realistic human imagery. Editing and plastic surgery has messed up my mind soooo much!!

Lory, thank you for also posting ethnic noses and the before and after results. Getting surgery should not be a horror show. Thanks for showing, when done correctly, plastic surgery is a very good thing. I have no idea why people make self improvement a taboo topic.
This was great! My favorites were the first one and your feedback with the jaw surgery vs chin implant. I had a friend who got jaw surgery for functional reasons and I think got a rhinoplasty that was covered by her insurance as part of the whole procedure. For her it was worth the money and pain/recovery period (and I remember the recovery being pretty awful for her. only smoothies for months) because being able to use your jaw and facial muscles properly is a priceless. The first one just made my heart warm seeing this woman turn the clock backward. I loved that the surgery helped her get her youth back!
Lorry, please do a Holly Madison analysis! She has such a sad past from her "The Girl's Next Door" days and is so open about the "beauty standard" Hugh Hefner set on the young women in the playboy mansion - even the playboy clubs and magazines had a "standard" they had to achieve

lorry i will always support your channel as you remain one of the few honest people discussing cosmetic procedures! also, i think because you are not a doctor, you’re able to be more honest about your guesses because there’s less liability to you being wrong. that’s something i feel holds back the surgeons who do this kind of content, theyre too scared of being held liable to what they say.
Thank you so much for your content Lorry! Happy Holidays to you. I wish you a Merry Christmas (late) with your loved ones and may 2023 bring you happiness, health and success. 🤗
Interesting video! I'm much happier with my nose now that I learned how to Contour it with makeup. I can make it look smaller and more proportionate to my other features. I always thought my nose was too big and bulbous but I'm thankful that my husband likes it the way it is. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder
Can you do Alexandra Daddario? I've seen many claim she is the perfect beauty, face and body. I do think she's gorgeous but is it really all natural? If so, that woman is hella blessed.
Lori i love your channel I’ve learned so much from you about plastic procedures that otherwise I would not have. I’m surprised by how young these girls are getting plastic surgery done!
Lorry, keep doing these videos of you observing and weighing in on process, outcomes, etc. I love all of your videos, but these are some of my favorite.
The girl from the filter really made her nose look worse. She had this beautiful regal nose before and now she has that ski slope nose that’s just way too small. What I learned from this video is that especially young women find something wrong with their face that’s perfectly fine and get procedures they really don’t need.
Thank you for not hating on the nose job and acknowledging that people have different aesthetic preferences. I really like a more “ski slope” nose and it bothers me how many people just hate on it right away simply because it’s upturned. If you go on the plastic surgery subreddit, for instance, there is so much negativity against people getting this kind of nose. Some people want a dramatic change and some people like the upturned nose look. Some people don’t. Some people want “their nose but better” and some people want a dramatic change. I’d be upset if my surgeon gave me a subtle change and a super straight nose against my wishes when I wanted a bit of a slope and a dramatic change. You’re really one of the few content creators on plastic surgery that is truly neutral in your commentary, that’s one of the reasons I think you’re the best! ❤
I’ve never seen this subreddit, but I think they might be angry with this type of nose because it has gone viral on TikTok and because many people are doing it as a default. They might think it’s a body trend that can go away, like it’s happening with the BBL. Now, that doesn’t mean they can hate on the person just for wanting to have it done. It’s not my favorite but I see the appeal. It can look very beautiful.
@@malenadraper8805 I would say that a lot of the negativity comes from the fact that the ski slope nose used to be the standard for pretty much all rhinoplasty. And because it was for so long, there are many surgeons out there, especially in areas where cosmetic surgery has risen very quickly in both popularity and access, where it is almost the "only" nose a doctor might give to every single patient even when it's not the result they promised. It also doesn't help that these areas tend to be where a nose of this type is extraordinarily rare to find naturally. Due to that, some people just dismiss every rhinoplasty with those results as being done by a "bad surgeon," even if they have no idea if that is what the patient actually wanted themselves! And what you want for yourself is absolutely the most important thing, so long as your expectations don't exceed realistic outcomes, you aren't suffering from something like body dysmorphia, or are doing harm to the structure and function of your nose. Cosmetic procedures should be done for YOU, the patient, and not anyone else. Critics always seem to forget this and even many surgeons color their analyses with their own personal preferences. When I feel those suppositions creeping up on me in my own practice, I like to think back to the first time I dyed by natural blonde hair a bright blue. So many people were horrified I would "permanently ruin" my blonde hair color with something so *gasp* artificial looking. But I loved it and had wanted to do it for years, researched and went to a good salon and colorist specializing in bright colors and pastels, and it was done in the least damaging way and I took care of it afterwards to keep the hair healthy. It shouldn't be treated any different than that. You don't see people making slideshows of hair colors of a random person to judge things like that anymore and it shouldn't be done for surgery either. The only person's whose opinion matters about the final aesthetic outcome is you.
I've grown to love your channel, it is very calming. (Your aura). I'm similar to the Asian girl doing lip fillers gradually over 3 years, it's what I want to do as well. I have a tiny mouth and want a drastic change in my lips but will be patient and work my way up. :)
3:37 My thoughts exactly on the jaw surgery Lorry. She's probably going to want a doctor to give her more definition on the sides of her jaw which probably would have been attained with the jaw adjustment surgery as well. The jaw would be put at a much better angle if she got the proper surgery, not the cosmetic band-aid fix.
@@deejames1st I’m sure some people have an easier time than others, but It should not be considered a cosmetic option. It shouldn’t be considered at all unless it is absolutely necessary and other strategies have been taken. You are cutting through multiple bones and severing major nerves that regrow oddly if they grow back 100% at all. even though I had no “complications” I lost all feeling in my bottom lip and chin, have to get 2-3x more novocain, if not a palate injection when I have dental procedures, and If you touch a place on my lip I feel it on my cheek. the recovery process was unbelievably difficult physically and mentally. You cannot consume anything that cannot pass through a syringe directed behind your molar (baby food had to be thinned with water) Up to 12 weeks of that. And every time you look in the mirror, it feels like a weird alien, swollen version of you is mimicking your movements, because your brain can’t fully recognize it’s you when you change the entire foundation of your face. Rationally you know it’s you, but there’s this instinctual sensation that something is terribly wrong, like the uncanny valley. Imagine if your reflection smiled at you, or blinked a split second before you do how viscerally disturbing that would feel. It lasts months. I would say it was a full year before my own reflection stopped giving me the heeby jeebies. They really do not adequately prepare people for it, and everyone I’ve talked to has said the impacts and complications were severely minimized, and many were never touched on at all.
@@countryrose93 And yes, they DO adequately prepare people for it and adequately perform it. It’s been years and years I have zero issues. And the doctor has zero complaints.

@@vanessadiaz5308 hey! Are you looking to get it done in the states? I would love to see your reaction to some Phenol peels!! To me it looks like they got a face lift but maybe even better 👀 Not many physicians do them bc of the chance of arrhythmia but the transformations are shocking and I always think of you when I see them!
apparently after healing is fully done the color of the skin becomes ghostly white permanently, that's why most doctors won't do them. at least that's what one of the YT plastic surgeons was saying in a recent short.
Interestingly, my dad had a chin implant when he was in his early twenties, as he had a weak chin. He also had a deviated septum fixed. Ironically, I look the most like my dad of my siblings, but weirdly had jaw surgery for the opposite reason: upper jaw was too narrow and had to be widened and brought forward. My lower jaw was also alered to fit. I was botched with ankylose baby molar removal when I was a child, which caused bone recession, underdevelopment, and asymmetry. I also was hit with a baseball at age 13, which fractured my lower jaw near the joint. I also need my nose straightened, but haven’t had that done at this point.

Lorry, please do a Holly Madison analysis! She has such a sad past from her "The Girl's Next Door" days and is so open about the "beauty standard" Hugh Hefner set on the young women in the playboy mansion - even the playboy clubs and magazines had a "standard" they had to achieve
Ooo I want a Holly Madison one just because she is absolutely stunning. Her eyes! 😻
Thank you for the content throughout 2022! All the best for you and your channel in the new year 🎉 ✨
Thank you and Happy New Year 🎆
Please make this a series, Lorry! This is fascinating to watch and I love hearing your compassionate and honest reactions to this genre of TikTok :)
Thank you !
Love these reaction videos, Lorry! I don't make it over to Tiktok but you bring the best 😃 thank you for more amazing content - your beauty, editing, and lighting raise the bar - you are in a class of your own on RUclips 💗 happy new year!
Aww this is so very sweet; thank you so much !!
If I wasn’t so afraid of side effects I would get a laundry list of work done lol
I had that curved down nose and underdeveloped chin (chin surgery). I had those fixed and my life changed forever! I cannot thank my surgeon enough.
I really enjoy your videos, Lorry! You're so sweet and respectful of the people and celebrities that you speak about. Btw, you're absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and out! 😊 Many blessings to you and your family in the New Year ❤️🙏😌🥂🎊🎇🍾🎆
Thank you so much and same to you !!
Loved your commentary! I agree with you a 100%, they all had beautiful results
I just love how lovely you are! So sweet and respectful.
I’ve been loving you uploading more frequently you are such a breath of fresh air so informative and gave become one of my favorite channels! Send you love this holiday season Lorry ❤️🥳💫
This means a lot to me; thank you 🙏🏻
Good it’s true!! 🙏❤️
lorry i will always support your channel as you remain one of the few honest people discussing cosmetic procedures! also, i think because you are not a doctor, you’re able to be more honest about your guesses because there’s less liability to you being wrong. that’s something i feel holds back the surgeons who do this kind of content, theyre too scared of being held liable to what they say.
Another great video, Lorry 🖤 I love your channel and you always look amazing 👏
Thank you so much for your content Lorry! Happy Holidays to you. I wish you a Merry Christmas (late) with your loved ones and may 2023 bring you happiness, health and success. 🤗
Thank you and Happy Holidays friend ❤️🎁
Hi Lorry! Yes, these are fun to watch. Would love more vids on the chin implants vs jaw surgery.
You are so positive and sweet! My favorite was a few of the lip fillers in the middle. Honesty though, I loved all of them!! Great video!
This is so educational
Aww queen!! Just so sweet and kind and beautiful inside and out!!
Love your videos, love your glamour style too and your hair always looks great.
Lorry!!!!! Happy holidays and have a happy new year!!!! Love you!!!!!! Day ones!!!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Can you do Alexandra Daddario? I've seen many claim she is the perfect beauty, face and body. I do think she's gorgeous but is it really all natural? If so, that woman is hella blessed.
Love the reaction videos. Keep them coming!
I love how respectful you are
Lori i love your channel I’ve learned so much from you about plastic procedures that otherwise I would not have.
I’m surprised by how young these girls are getting plastic surgery done!
Lorry, keep doing these videos of you observing and weighing in on process, outcomes, etc. I love all of your videos, but these are some of my favorite.
Aww thank you for the feedback!
Love your top Lorry! This is a really nice colour on you.
The girl from the filter really made her nose look worse. She had this beautiful regal nose before and now she has that ski slope nose that’s just way too small. What I learned from this video is that especially young women find something wrong with their face that’s perfectly fine and get procedures they really don’t need.
Happy 2023 Lorry@ cheers to health, love and happiness 🎆🥂😘
❤️🥰
as always Lorry love your video's ,informative and entertaining ,i hope you had a lovely xmas and a happy new year
Thank you friend and same to you !
yay I love this new segment ! keep em coming 🦋🤍
Will do!!
Lorry, you are so pretty. I love your smile. Thank you for always making such great content!
I'm enjoying your reactions to these videos! Keep them coming please! 💚💛🧡
Will do and thank you 🙏🏻
This was one of your best postings yet. Happy Holidays! 🎁 💝
I’m loving theses reaction videos Lorry!!! Awesome reactions by awesome expert Like you!!! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you Izzy
I've grown to love your channel, it is very calming. (Your aura).
I'm similar to the Asian girl doing lip fillers gradually over 3 years, it's what I want to do as well. I have a tiny mouth and want a drastic change in my lips but will be patient and work my way up. :)
I love these reactions!! Pls do more!!
I love your videos, Lorry! ✨
Love this lace top on lorry and the colour scheme. Very lovely.
Thanks! Love your channel and your personality 😉
Aww thank you !!
That last one!! Wooow so nice!!
I can listen to Lorry talk all day! I absolutely love your personality and videos💕
You look like a literal Barbie doll! So pretty! And an equally beautiful personality to match ❤ love your content so much
3:37 My thoughts exactly on the jaw surgery Lorry. She's probably going to want a doctor to give her more definition on the sides of her jaw which probably would have been attained with the jaw adjustment surgery as well. The jaw would be put at a much better angle if she got the proper surgery, not the cosmetic band-aid fix.
If you go to the right Dr. Orthognathic surgery isn’t so bad. I don’t understand why ppl that need it avoid it.
Does insurance cover it? Is it for an overbite?
@@countryrose93 You literally write a book about a surgery you didn’t have but I did. I look and feel FANTASTIC.
@@countryrose93 And yes, they DO adequately prepare people for it and adequately perform it. It’s been years and years I have zero issues. And the doctor has zero complaints.
Always enjoy your videos, Lorry!!
Thank you friend ❤️
I love your work so much Lorry

Lorry I love your videos!! Thank you ❤
❤️🥰
I've has a reductive genioplasty and masseter botox, they did make quite some difference on my face but at the same time I agree with Lorry, more often than not it's the central features that stick out the most
You mean cheeks nose and eyes ?
@@becky15707 yes! As well the distance among them
hey do you mind giving me advice on how to find a reduction genioplasty surgeon? been looking for years already 😭
@@vanessadiaz5308 hey! Are you looking to get it done in the states? I'm from Europe and got it done here but my advice would be to have as many consultations as you can, look their reviews and credentials, speak with former patients if possible, understand what they want to achieve with the genioplasty and imo even better if they're maxillofacial surgeons
@@Faithmay89 yes im planning on getting it done in the us. i’ve heard that a maxilofacial surgeon only does them for health reasons idk if they also can change just the aesthetic appearance. btw thank you for the advice ! :))
Love these reactions! ❤
I just want to say I admire the effort you put into your content and how respectful you are about the individuals you discuss. I think I've seen most if not all your videos and they've been truly eye opening and have helped me feel more comfortable in my skin. I know you've not done many male celebrities and I want to suggest if you ever plan on doing a future video with some to have a look at Jensen Ackles he was on the show Supernatural and more recently The Boys. He's always been conventionally handsome but his looks have barely changed over the years, I'm curious if it's simply Paul Rudd like great genes or something more haha. Anyways, whatever you post I look forward to it, keep up the great work! 💖
I really think Lorry does an excellent job of giving information without making me feel like I have to get any work done myself. I find these videos so interesting and informative and I totally appreciate the craft of good plastic surgery, but I personally wouldn’t get it done myself. I love that it’s all about personal preference and I don’t feel swayed in either direction. Great job Lorry! Can’t wait for your next video!
I love these videos! So fun 💕
Loved the last one! And ur promotion sounds cool!!
Thank you ❤️
I love this series!!!!!!
I really love these reaction videos
I love your outfits❤ you need to give us a video about style too.
you channel is my favorite , seriously
Aww thank you ❤️
I would love to see your reaction to some Phenol peels!! To me it looks like they got a face lift but maybe even better 👀 Not many physicians do them bc of the chance of arrhythmia but the transformations are shocking and I always think of you when I see them!
I will check it out
@@LorryHill Seconding this Lorry, the procedure and results look WILD (good and bad wild lol)
Yesss please!
First I am hearing about the phenol peels. Wondering why it would mess with people's hearts. The chemicals used?
apparently after healing is fully done the color of the skin becomes ghostly white permanently, that's why most doctors won't do them. at least that's what one of the YT plastic surgeons was saying in a recent short.
I just adore your videos!!
Thank you !!
Happy Holidays Lorry
Happy holidays!
You look gorgeous Lorry!
Thank you lovely !!
Loved this !
i love how open people are becoming about their procedures on tiktok! it's such a breath of fresh air compared to the hollywood standard. and thank you as always lorry for shedding an educational light on it all. i always learn something new from your videos!
