The most amazing rock formations I've ever seen were in Bryce Canyon National Park, in Utah (of course). The crazy rock formation at 2:57 is a butte. The U.S. really is a beautiful place. You're lucky to have been able to go on this road trip. Flying gets you there faster, but there's nothing like seeing the country you live in.

Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument is a great place to hike around in northern New Mexico. A lot of New Mexico is just stunning.
