High-strength steel hot stamping automatic production line （hot forming line）

High-strength steel hot stamping automatic system integrates technologies such as material feeding, marking, heating, anti-oxidation, stamping formation, quenching, cooling, cutting and shot blasting treatment. It can finish works such as sheet metal destacking, sheet stack conversion, magnetic sheet separation, double sheet detection, marking, heating, temperature monitoring, centering, loading, stamping, cooling and unloading automatically. It heats high- strength steel sheet to 900-1000℃, makes stamping formation and quick cooling and quenching indies, then sheet metal phase change from austenite to matensite, so as to obtain work piece with higher strength(1200-1500Mpa) and hardness. The line can be widely used in formation of automobile body parts, makes automobile lighter and improves collision safety of automobile.
