Great video. I've been switching all my detailing products over to ADS. Been really impressed with everything so far.
ADS has taken the market by storm because everything they have put out is such a banger.
ADS Pro Quartz showed the most impressive water behavior I’ve ever personally seen on a car after about a month in my GLC63. Incredible. Water acted like the hood was lava.

I will say this with Amplify if you apply while the car is wet and spray it it off then dry it off works very well then applying after I think
Shampoo+ works as a great lubricant for clay bar treatment. Saves another rinse cycle.
ADS is one of my favorite brands. I will probably apply their pro coating to my truck in the spring. Anxious to hear your thoughts on that in your ceramic mega test. I might be swayed to try Pan’s coating but ADS is currently the front runner . Great content!!
Coated my Mustang Bullitt yesterday with ADS PRO Grade Ceramic along with all of their prep products. The PRO Quartz product was a bit tricky at first getting to the right flash/leveling time but the gloss and slickness is amazing. Going to topcoat with Amplify today per their recommendation.
You should try HERO there rinseless wash it’s the best I have tried so far !! Great video !!

Our water is about 25-27 grains per gallon. We just recently installed a water softener and I installed the hose bib after the softener. This allows me to wash vehicles with soften water. The water will still spot but is it is a non-scaling potassium spot that easily wipes away. the soften water also will not crush soaps and other cleaning products allowing you to use less and have more cleaning power. the softener was one of the single best investments I’ve made in a long time. I’ll also run it through a DI system but it’s not necessary. Mine was about $2000 installed small price to pay for the benefits. Maybe you should look into one. They help you certainly reduce stress associated with detailing.

We just launched our Decon Soap v2 last week for that reason. Less product needed for more foam, better cleaning, more slickness, better fragrance.
I use Pilot and Hero to maintain the car and anything that needs it. Ghost is on the way.
Do you have a recommendation for a battery operated sprayer/foamer??
Guys the product are good but it’s hype is too much it’s the hysteria where no one can go against the grain. Here’s a negative it’s expensive and shipping stinks and the bottle are small/tiny.
Positive ceramic spray sealant beads nice and doesn’t streak.
amplify Detailer is above average and priced better.

man... i get so nervous cleaning the engine... actually i've never done it. is it safe? how do you know it's safe? lol i feel like the water is going to get into the engine or the electricals...
As long as you’re doing it on a cool engine and avoiding hoses and clamps with pressure or brushes that you could accidentally pull them out it’s normally very safe. If you were to go to a mechanic and have them clean your engine, they would do it the same exact way.

A good tip for this is hooking up your pressure washer and turning the water on but not turning on the power to the machine. It will be a much lighter spray that you can control with the gun and not get everything flooded.
