    Beautiful and Simple
    I started tying in 1982/83. Unfortunately, I stopped in 2017.
    But always appreciate a beautifully tied fly.

    Ive been watching your videos for a while now and really enjoy the content. Ive been wanting to get started on attempting to make my own flies, but dont know where to start. Do you have any recommendations on things like the tools and gear required to make?

    • @Makflies
      @Makflies  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much friend. Well you need a vice , bobbin holder, scissors. Whip finish tool, buy a good rotating vice, there are so many, l use Anvil Atlas

    Been looking through various caddis pupa imitation trying to come up with ways to create what you have done here for the back but want the belly to be fuzzy like dubbing. All the pictures of actual caddis pupa have fuzzy bellies and little feet looking legs out the bottom.
