I am a bit scared to use engine flush as my dad did 16k mile oil changes for about 110k miles and the engine runs just fine and I want to keep the dirt where it is in the engine 😂. I will just do short intervalls from now on to get the engine cleaned slowly and not risk having the dirt in the oil lines and have a shortage of oil where it needs to be...

Complete understand, the product Liqui Moly's engine flush is not a heavy chemical flush type product which is fine using it, I would not recommend the heavy flush but this once is pretty safe. In my case it was the first time I used the product on the S2000 at the engine current sits about 120K miles. In addition you can do an double oil flush after the engine flush meaning do two oil changes, the first oil change you run it for 10-15mins and the you drain the engine and then pour the second oil change which is your final. Make sure you use synthetic oil in all cases.
