In this video we take a ook at a true Legend in Sprinitng, Veronica Campbell Brown and her story, to the top. Спорт
Legend and poetry in motion, she held it down for Jamaica. We will always respect and appreciate you Veronica.
Im American but I've always loved Veronica. Such a fantastic Athlete!
remove yourself from here. cuz when the 2013 incident happpen all of you americans were bashing her and calling her drug cheat. We jamaicans don't want you commenting on our girl Veronica.
@@glenaldothompson717 Go read a book, sweetheart!
VCB all day everyday! My absolute favorite Jamaican Sprinter of all time. Love her work ethics and her fighting spirit #daughterofNanny
She is darn good, but she and carmelira got to bulky, our caribbean queen heading that road, over bulk keep your muscle to tight,i know i had my share, trust me,
I remembered when she cried while on the podium collecting her gold medal in the 2004 olympics in Athens Greece after she won the 200m. Hearing the Jamaican national anthem played at the olympics made me cried as well. Nuff Respect to you my nubian Princess VCB, Jamaica is proud of you.
Respect VCB.....real powerhouse! If you outdid Merlene Ottey you deserve some accolades! Jamaica really needs to treat their athletes better, not only in mouth service. It’s not easy being a champion from junior years till pro....determination, guts/courage, and hard work.
Amen I heard how they speak to their athletes. But I like her and Pryce, the other Jamaican woman VERY BEAUTIFUL and CLASSY.
Jamaica have produce some talented athletes males and females over the years so many names to call. RESPECT 🇯🇲 ❤ 👏🏾 Ms 🇦🇬
She is so good & alot of ppl talking about shelly. veronica is the best out a Jamaican..she won more titles & she was there for long give her respect..Jamaicans too easy to give u away..this girl fight with alots of injury & alway putting out all wat she have

Give much thanks for this video.
Well overdue because, in general, there seem to be a “glaring” tendency to undermine this great persons achievements at times.
Did not see VCB Olympic medal for Australia 2,000 though.
She was was only 18 years old at the time.
That makes her greater yet.
That's true but I just wanted to focus on her individual achievements.
So lovely I want to cry vcb is our Jamaican Angel love her spirit so much so humble and kind
Wow what a touching video. tears of joy for such a wonderful woman and she have to courage to walk away when she did. A true legend. Thank you Veronica Campbell-Brown for your contribution
What a nice video. I wish there were more videos like this on sports stars
love the videos man. keep up the good shit 👍🏻
This video is so well done. Veronica made up proud an really overtook Merlene ottey who we adored. Respect for this video . The legacy continues with Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce.. Jamaica Sprint Queens
Lets just talk about veronica though. because people seems to forget and only talk about SFP. They forgot that veronica was the one that kinda started in the 2000s era. So i think we should focus on only her right now. So she a least gets this recognition
Amazing video dropped a like
Thanks for watching
Simply beautiful and breathtaking above all else sheet humility and respect for a carrer well earned.
Big up Veronica. You represent 🇯🇲very well.A Big Thank You 😊.
One of the greatest athlete.
I will definitely miss veronica Campbell Brown you have made Jamaica proud over the years
I mis her on the track mainly the 2oom with that bend
True, One of the best curve runners
Question, why dont she manage Brianna williams?????vcb is a master in 200M
@@veronicacornet7099 That's actually a great idea, I tink it would be good to have her as a mentor.
If only she give it one more try,i notice when ever she try out on the 200m the other 2 sprint queens dont compete, the like its yours big sister, thats still nice,
Ya know if she gets off that curve in first place best believe that race is over for all the girls because there will be no catching her. With her built her strength is unmatched
Thanks for making us proud
😍😍😍😍😍😍one of the best 👌 ❤
Oooo track and field what about kerron, and simpson, pls get some info about them pls
Sure videos will be made about them in due time
U go my sis
Much love and respect to the legendary VCB.
Love these type of videos!!! Especially for track and field but plz plz do throwers!!!!!!
I will eventually just need some suggestions
Robert harting, Fredrick Dacres, Reese Hoffman
Thank you will take a look at some.
Veronica set the trend for her fellow compatriots: Shelly ann and Elaine who are continuing her legacy as well as creating and building their own. She is definitely what a legend should look like. I hope Ms. Sha Carri Richardson is taking note.
Great lady vcb😍
The 200M win at the Worlds meant the most to her.
She last ran in 2018 because she took a brake to have a baby but will come back for the Olympics next year.
I thought she retired; the last few races she didn’t do too great....it will be interesting if she returns.
True she found out that she was pregnant and took time off. Don’t know if she can make the team but I wouldn’t mind seeing her on the relays

Capt Trelawney of the Treasure Island!
Simple the best… G.O.A.T
Love all our female athletes, but none to me like VCB.
Love the video but the J is pronounced as an H in St Jago
Thank you and sorry about that...the narrator used a Spanish pronunciation.
Didn’t VCB made it to the Olympics running on a 4x1 team before actually making an individual appearance?
Yes in 2000
Track and Field Nation yup that’s what I thought. That bit wasn’t touched on. Thanks for the vid and effort
6:58 she finished 4th you wrote 5th
Sorry about that was a mistake
@@TrackandFieldNation its ok no need to say sorry
Thanks for pointing it out though
she was not the first to win the 200m in consecutive olympics. barbel wockel of east germany was the first
That's true in 1976 and 1980 but given that it was found and documented that she was a part of the east german state doping I "personally" don't count her
@@TrackandFieldNation I feel ya
Yeah but it's still great you pointed it out
Well ok if its a fact, but our queen did it 4X,hahahahahaha
So Nice 💘💘💘💘💘💘
