Relation view missing phpMyAdmin fix

So I'm trying to link up some columns in my database tables but unfortunately the relation view is missing. Here's what you do to fix it.

Thanks. It worked for me. Notice that in newer versions of PHPMyAdmin (i have 4.8.4) the "Relation View" option will appear ABOVE THE TABLE.

What strange is that I create FK before without changing anything, then when I went back to tweak the same DB a few year later after changing my dev environnement, I couldn't find it anymore !
