from my experience i feel like most hotels do have coin laundry at their facility, might not be in your room, but in a common area. They usually will have at least one picture for refference if they do. Coin laundry in general is very common in Japan as well, so even if the hotel doesnt have it, it is likely close by.

Thanks so much for watching! I was in Japan mid May to mid June. Osaka was start of June. The weather was very pleasant in May with little rainfall.
