My fear is that I am one mistake away from facing my mortality. I can literally see it. Raging waters that you know are unforgiving or still waters that sit in wait with an insidious calm that suggest the callousness of me dying.
I have a fear of driving in general. I've always been a fearful person and sensitive to motion since childhood. And then I had a car accident over 30 years ago on a highway and it left me terrified of driving on highways and bridges. I obviously must take the highway to most places, but I will use the back roads most often. I'd like to take road trips and tried but after hitting three bridges over water I almost got stuck in fear and had to have a friend take over. I try to face my fears, but it just won't allow me to drive on the super elevated highways and I'm starting to lose hope. Thanks for this upload. I will try to conquer my fear once again. I know the fact that I can't swim is one of the worries and during that car accident my car almost went into a frozen pond. Also, dizziness always happens despite me trying to stay calm and look ahead. So, yes. I will continue to practice these tips.

My fear is driving over the bridge in a truck wondering why the concrete barriers are only 2 feet tall? I may buy a lowrider...
I've been dreaming about bridges since I was a kid. Yes I'm scared
