I was lucky enough to spend a week in Cornwall over the summer. Beautiful place with beaches and views that could match ups to anywhere in the world. Brilliant video and thanks for sharing this incredible place.
Hello Sarah and Andrew! I have watched this video again, since we will be walking there next week 😊 Very beautiful video. The weather forecast is quite promising, and we can hardly wait to be on the path again. I read somewhere that the sounds from the waves is like white noise similar to the sounds in a mother's womb, and it is also used as a sound for meditating or for falling asleep. No wonder why I feel so relaxed and happy walking the coastal path ❤
This is one of my favorite places to see ... the rock formations split the beach at low(?) tide and I've seen people walk through the cave-like rock... out the other side. Thank you for sharing today! ❤ from a California Gramma ❤
Lovely Kynance Cove and Lizard walk. Enjoyed the cow jokes! Not any surprise that so many artists came to this area to paint the coastal views. Thank you so much.
Thanks to you I've now visited this amazing place.Took the bus a week ago from Kuggar (!!!) to Lizard Point and walked to Lizard's Head .. My dog loved it and so didn I ❤❤❤ ( Now looking down at Praa Sands Beach...)
Good day to you both and thanks for producing your fab videos it's a great escape in these torrid times we're all witnessing ,Andrew I've got to agree with you on your comment on the lizard peninsula ,it truly has to be one of the most tranquil places we ever visited too on a lovely warm summer day if you just sit and look across those lovely meadows down to the point , don't you just get the feeling of being taken back in time to a different world !! . I got the feeling that it's a very spiritual place to be , great work guys 🥶🥶
It is a beautiful beach! The doggies enjoyed that stream. (Moo!) HAHAHA! in The Lizard... No pub, Andrew. (We're sad for you!) Stunning place to watch the sea for a bit. "That dog's got horns!' LOL! a Seal! That was a nice view for the artist studio. Steep path and then a LADDER! I don't blame you for not going farther. Those waves!!!! Stunning! I bet it smelled fresh! Thanks for taking along on this one! Kay
Its a great walk, I prefer the coast path to the Lizard point, nice views of the old lifeboat station as you arrive and views across to the lighthouse, then walk up to the lighthouse and follow the path adjacent to the lane to the village, back along the hedge path to Kynance, lovely
Loved the talking cows. Amazing coastline around the Lizard. Yes, I smelled the sea air too. I had to get real close to my monitor to smell it though. Beautiful video.
Love your comment! I've had a real pants day at work - couldn't do right for doing wrong! but your comment has put a smile on my face - very funny! Sarah :)
Holy Moly Sarah and Andrew ,what a heavenly sight!!! If the sight and sound of the sea does not calm one’s soul,I don’t know what will! The cows and dogs were absolutely precious😝 I kept thinking about how perfect a place to have a picnic, and by goodness ,you said you were having a picnic lunch lol I hope it was enjoyed greatly. Have a fabulous weekend , we will be celebrating my daughter Anna’s 13th birthday with an amazing cake from our favorite bakery and watching the Royal Wedding festivities on our news stations ,great day to celebrate but also sad for those who were lost today in yet another school shooting .Sending lots of happiness your way and sending Healing and comfort to Texas . Lori from Ohio
Hi Lori, We caught some of the footage from the Royal Wedding - they both looked very happy! I thought the little ones behind her were just soo cute! Say a big Happy Birthday to Anna - a teenager!! Milly will be 16 next week, can't believe it! She is in the middle of her GCSEs at the moment so we are making sure the house is nice and quiet for her to revise. We are having a fantastic weekend - lots of sunny weather and I hope you have a great day. Love Sarah :)
Thank you guys for another fabulous coastal walk, with fantastic views. You certainly show us some lovely Cornish sights!! A bit of fun, and a bit of banter too....great stuff!! :-))
What a wonderful walk Sarah and Andrew. We can not add to your comments throughout the video other than "stunning scenery". It was a pity the tide was in as we did not get to see the beautiful sandy beach. This is another to add to our walk list, although probably not this year. Thank you so much for sharing with us.
Hi Diana, thanks for your comment! We were a bit pushed for time - we had to get back to collect our car from being serviced, otherwise, it would have been lovely to sit in front of the cafe in one of the deck chairs and watched the tide ebb. Sarah :)
Thank you, during these dark winter months, seeing your footage of places we love helps keep me going while I wait for spring/summer and our visits back.
I am sooo with you on that one! I felt similarly when I edited last week's video. Every time I saw the footage of Lundy beach, I wanted to go and paddle in the waves .... roll on the warmer weather! Sarah :)
Another beautiful walk, love all the banter and jokes too, nice seeing the seals, them huge waves crashing down were amazing, love the smell of the sea, enjoyed watching, all the best to you both 👍
Hi, I really enjoyed the waves crashing in the sound was incredible and I find them quite mesmerising. We arrived just as the tide was turning so the real power had gone but they still put on a fabulous display!
I remember being here and we did walk a long way that day No walk route so we followed our noses! Didn't walk as far as you two as we had to turn around and get back to the car. Saw some lovely butterflies and the Thrift in lovely pink drifts, also the weather was perfect... some places I will never forget. Thank you for happy memories Sarah. Have a good weekend, Julie.
HI Julie, hope you are feeling better! Lovely place, the Lizard. It was quite windy when we filmed which gave us the lovely sea images but the wildlife was scarce! Sarah :)
You are the only other person with the surname “Cornwell “ other than the Wonderful British actress “ Judy Cornwell “ who was probably most famously known for her role as Daisy in “ Keeping up Appearances “ . If anyone comes across the surname “Robison” with no “n” in the middle please let me know, apparently our family hails from the England ,Scotland and Ireland vicinity !!
I just love the Lizard and area, wall to wall scenery and amazing ocean views, you picked a good day for the filming and as usual I found this video informative and really enjoyable, again well done guys. I look forward to Friday mornings and to your videos & this certainly didn’t disappoint.
Holy cow that is beautiful! You all had a beautiful bright day to go exploring! We want one of those days again, all rain this weekend haha. Thanks for sharing guys, have a great weekend - Shane
Had to watch this one, just to remind myself how fab it is and that I will be here in a couple of weeks time! as you so rightly say at 10.11 Sarah....''WOW''!
Hi Judy, I hope you have a fab time, and I hope that the weather is kind! Although, saying that, The Lizard will look impressive in any weather! Let us know if you see a choughs - they particularly like cow pats apparently! Sarah ;)
Thanks for taking us along Andrew & Sarah. What a lovely day for it. Must put another coastal walk on my list. Liked the Animal Magic animal voices - if you remember Jonny Morris?
We are straight back to support your awesome channel thanks for your support we appreciate it awesome scenery thanks for sharing massive likeee thanks again for your awesome support
Pistol meadow? I wonder if their was a gun fight there or something. It's all in the names. Good going so far although i don't think Andrew can leave his day job for comedy just yet. Ha ha! Gotta say I just love the way we look at seals and they look at us. Two worlds reaching out from a sea that looked awesome and smelt equally amazing. Good going both - have a great weekend with that new book. All the best. Mark
We found this - according to local folklore, 200 souls were buried here. The Royal Anne was lost in 1720 and they were buried in a mass grave... not related to the name but quite interesting anyway! Sarah :)
This must be the best walk so far, fantastic scenery. If the tide had been out, or on it's way out, you would have found a most beautiful beach. You just have to go back and see it. This is my all time favourite but I find the walk back up is tough going now. I take the high tide route back as it's not quite as steep. I have never walked from the Lizard to Kynance as it looked like it had too many steep climbs and my Tricia just can't manage them. We did walk the other way from Predannack Wollas NT car park to Kynance but took the inland path as I wanted to explore the wrecked aircraft at the edge of the airfield. We had had it by the time we got to Kynance. Being a Sunday it cost £20 for a taxi back. No mobile signal so it was a good job the car park attendant was there, he was kind enough to let us use their phone. Chris
Now that sounds like an adventure! One of our cars was being serviced when we filmed this and we warned the garage that we would be out of signal, like most coastal places in Cornwall! I think it's great! Whoa wants a phone call on the beach? LOL! Sarah :)
The sea looks amazing ....i remember this place from so long ago !! i came to the lizard when i was 18 ....which was only a few years ago .....🙄🙄🙄🙄 Sarah... can see you are the adventurous one ....Andrews tagging along for the perks lol...fish and chips shop looks interesting !!!! love the funny one liners Andrew you remind me of the guy from animal magic... .....views to die for !! Thanks Guys xx
Thanks Steve - only yesterday that we were 18!! Thanks for watching - Johnny Morris is the guy you are thinking of! I used to love him when I was a kid, Sarah :)
Hello Sarah, what a wonderful video! Next time I am in Cornwall I'll definetely will take this amazing walk! I also added my support to your channel no 1111 :-)
£4 all day, quite fair I would say. Great walk and nice to see the seals out at sea and the waves were really spectacular. I will make it 3, 10s as well! Cheers Alan
Your quote is truly beautiful and most fitting. I love how your comment adds a new dimension to our channel, only wish I had the knowledge myself! Wonderful and thank you! Sarah :)
The Lizard is such a great place! Loved the tour.. and the communing with animals :D Just noticed, at 7:08 - is that the invasive weed they've been trying hard to get rid of on a lot of the coast around there??
Yes, it is - Hottentot Fig or Carpobrotus edulis, in pink and yellow. I think it is from South Africa but it has found its feet here in Cornwall and pushes out the native species. I was surprised to see any of it but it seems that it has been contained to that one cliff site. It's at Porthgwarra too! It flowers in July and it actually looks breathtaking, invasive characteristic aside! Sarah :)
some great views you go on some amazing walks in the lovelly part of England you live in guess its getting warmer now too 😊a big like😵👍😊👍👁 we are active watched all👁😎
Yes, warming up here now and less rainfall so not so much mud!! Of course we don't get the temps that you have out there, we are a balmy 18 degrees centigrade today! Sarah :)
Hi guys,my wife and I love lands end,it's so beautiful there, question,l would like to know,do the both of you visit carnivals around Cornwall, We have seen par carnival, with there colourful costumes, just awesome
Hi, We decided not to film carnivals and festivals because we would probably not get good shots, too many people! We will leave that to other RUclipsrs and stick with our walks. Sarah :)
We had homemade Chicken satay sticks with peanut sauce, salad and fresh raspberries and blueberries and to finish we had a bit of cake! All washed down with a flask of ... coffee! Sarah :)
Cornish Walking Trails wow that's an awesome picnic lunch. I'm jade(green with envy) I'm shocked it was coffee and not tea. Lol Can you tell I'm a total foodie?
Coffee all the way - not a fan of tea! There was a time when it was not acceptable to say, being British, that I didn't like tea but with a Starbucks or Costa Coffee on every corner, I don't think I'm alone!! LOL! Sarah :D
Cornish Walking Trails lol and I now live of Chai lattes and London foggy which is a earl grey latte lol. Guess it makes since that since we're like cousins (American and england) that we always like what the other has lol
Cornish Walking Trails 😂😂😂 yes it mooved me!!! It was a mooving experience!!! (My father-in-law loved corny jokes, he was great for them, we loved him telling them) your vlogs are great for “moo”ving us with laughter, a”maze”ing us with your insight & allowing us to “sea” the sea... thank you 😊
Just back from holiday at the lizard! The lovely holiday let bungalow was 5 minutes walk from the large car park and shops. Whoever put thumbs down should be trapped in the cove near the old lifeboat station overnight
LOL! Yes, the dislike! We seems to have a dislike that pops up on our videos, within hours of publishing, almost every week without fail! It's like that annoying squeak or rattle in the car - if it didn't happen we would worry! Sarah :)
@@CornishWalkingTrails thanks for the lovely video! We have booked the same bungalow for may and august of next year. It will be our base from now on. We have used porthleven as a base before , but this accommodation ticks every box. Its near the anns pasties factory too
That area is definitely a 10 out of 10.Something mesmerising and meditative about the sea crashing over rocks. Every time i hear that name it reminds me of my favourite painting of the Plymothian vagrant John Kynance by Robert Lenkiewicz - www.robertlenkiewicz.org/content/burial-john-kynance Interesting building at 4.27! Always enjoyable.Hope all's well.Andy.
Hi Andy! The building with all of the bouys and driftwood sculptures? Andrew is fascinated by it! It's so difficult to film, all of the interest is on the north facing wall, so quite dark with the bright, brilliance of the sun behind. I find the sea very calming. Bad day at work, then watch the sea for while and all is serene once again, balance restored! Sarah :)
Jus followed the link to the painting - very interesting story. Sad to think it's been destroyed. The image of death is very powerful, just milling around watching grief; the ghostly image on the right is very clever, at first I did not notice. We haven't visited the Barbican for years. Did you meet Lenkiewicz? Sarah
I never got to meet him.A bloke who lives next door to my dad was a very good friend of Lenkiewicz though and he had a few paintings done of his family by him, must be worth tens of thousands now. Can't say i've been to the Barbican in the Cornish city of Plymouth for years either,in fact i don't really go to Plymouth at all unless to hospital appointments. You'd be surprised how many in East Cornwall never go there, some folk further west seem to think we're always going there to work, shop, whatever, how very wrong they are!
If you haven't done the walks yet, there is a nice walk at an area called the Flow near Breage (ruclips.net/video/9NLJrTXPVDE/видео.html) which is the remains of the old Tin Mine Wheal Metal. There is also a nice one through the Cober Valley (ruclips.net/video/PDeEmf1hUbk/видео.html). If you like the look of them and don't have them in your book then tell me and I can give you the directions
I have dabbled a bit myself, belonged to an art club when the kids were little but no longer as I am working more. Something to pick up when I have more time again! By then I will have so many images - I will be spoilt for choice!! Sarah
Mrs & I addicted to your utterly superb Cornwall vids & thank you ! Love the jokes too 🤣👌👏
I was lucky enough to spend a week in Cornwall over the summer. Beautiful place with beaches and views that could match ups to anywhere in the world. Brilliant video and thanks for sharing this incredible place.

Wonderful spot ! I to visit asap !!
Lovely Kynance Cove and Lizard walk. Enjoyed the cow jokes! Not any surprise that so many artists came to this area to paint the coastal views. Thank you so much.
I had a tinge of envy at the view from the artist studio - do you dabble a bit? Sarah :)
We are down near Mullion in a couple of weeks, so looking forward to this walk. Thanks for sharing
Hope you enjoy it! Rain or shine it will be spectacular! Sarah :)
Cornish Walking Trails thank you. I’m sure we will

Always reminds me of the last time I was here with my dear late Father on Lizard beach. Beautiful spot.

Hi Vicky! Thanks for watching Sarah :)
Thanks for sharing guys, you had nice weather to be out on your hike...

You’re so fortunate to live in such a beautiful place! Love it!
Wow - I had to double take on your surname - so close to Cornwall! Thanks for watching and we love to share our part of the world! Sarah :)
You are the only other person with the surname “Cornwell “ other than the Wonderful British actress “ Judy Cornwell “ who was probably most famously known for her role as Daisy in “ Keeping up Appearances “ . What a gorgeous hike! I love all of the views you guys get on your walks!
They say in Cornwall that you are only ever 15 miles from the sea so we are spoilt really!! Sarah :)
love the scenery ,i love the cow jokes .Looks like a very far drop at the end of the cliff .I need to take my family there thank you
Holy cow that is beautiful! You all had a beautiful bright day to go exploring! We want one of those days again, all rain this weekend haha. Thanks for sharing guys, have a great weekend - Shane

Hi Judy,
I hope you have a fab time, and I hope that the weather is kind! Although, saying that, The Lizard will look impressive in any weather! Let us know if you see a choughs - they particularly like cow pats apparently! Sarah ;)
I'll be 'choughed' if I do!! (Groan....worthy of one of Andrew's eh?!!). Not so sure about the cow pats though:-))
Great to see you guys again. I can see the sea...jealous! :P wow that country view!
The sea certainly gave us some beautiful images for this video! Thanks for watching Sarah :)
You guys are great.
Such beautiful scenery, nice day for a walk :)
Thanks for taking us along Andrew & Sarah. What a lovely day for it. Must put another coastal walk on my list. Liked the Animal Magic animal voices - if you remember Jonny Morris?
Johny Morris was a staple of my childhood viewing! I remember sitting there transfixed - we are mere amateurs in comparison! LOL! Sarah :)
Building site - all harmless fun back in the day👍
I was just about to search too! Sarah
Just watched it - so cute! Feeling all nostalgic now, my absolute favourites were the Clangers! Sarah :)
We are straight back to support your awesome channel thanks for your support we appreciate it awesome scenery thanks for sharing massive likeee thanks again for your awesome support
Awesome!! Sarah :)
what a wonderful place❤
Pistol meadow? I wonder if their was a gun fight there or something. It's all in the names. Good going so far although i don't think Andrew can leave his day job for comedy just yet. Ha ha! Gotta say I just love the way we look at seals and they look at us. Two worlds reaching out from a sea that looked awesome and smelt equally amazing. Good going both - have a great weekend with that new book. All the best. Mark
It's funny because the same thought went through my head - Pistol Meadow, I wonder!! Sarah :)
Yes indeed Sarah - they do speak!
We found this - according to local folklore, 200 souls were buried here. The Royal Anne was lost in 1720 and they were buried in a mass grave... not related to the name but quite interesting anyway! Sarah :)
That's a lot of duels. Ha ha! Yes, interesting - the layers in life....

Love the tempestuous swell of the scented sea..."Time writes no wrinkles on thine azure brow, just as natures dawn beheld thee thou rollest now."
Your quote is truly beautiful and most fitting. I love how your comment adds a new dimension to our channel, only wish I had the knowledge myself! Wonderful and thank you! Sarah :)
That is such a nice area, very much enjoyed your video, thanks for the share... Carl
Hi Carl - I think we were very lucky to visit after a dry spell, when the flowers seemed to be at their best! Sarah :)
Beautiful walk both, we might do that part of the world the next time we’re down there 😀👍
Well worth a visit - let us know if you make it down here! Sarah :)

Cornish Walking Trails 😂😂😂 yes it mooved me!!! It was a mooving experience!!! (My father-in-law loved corny jokes, he was great for them, we loved him telling them) your vlogs are great for “moo”ving us with laughter, a”maze”ing us with your insight & allowing us to “sea” the sea... thank you 😊
I would like to see you exploring the beach at Kynance at low tide seeing as it is allegedly the best beach in Uk 🙂
There is a video on our channel, filmed on the beach at low tide with a Poldark theme ruclips.net/video/9VPF4uTnbak/видео.html
Thank you I enjoyed watching that. Beach looks amazing ❤ next time I am in Uk I intend to visit Kynance Cove
watched full my friend
I'm planning to bikepack there from London. Is it legal to wild camp there for night or two?
can't wait till may when i can go to cornwall camping
Its near the anns pasties factory too
two weeks tonight my wife and I will be there again for our 2nd Holiday
OOOOH - exciting!! Sarah :)
Lots of fishing spots but not when the sea boils like that :)
I see what you mean - LOL! Sarah :)
Sarah :)
Yes,that one Sarah.Agree with you about the sea watching,do it regularly at Penlee or Polhawn. Aren't we lucky folk.

I try Sarah. I am a 'wannabe artist'
I have dabbled a bit myself, belonged to an art club when the kids were little but no longer as I am working more. Something to pick up when I have more time again! By then I will have so many images - I will be spoilt for choice!! Sarah
