- Something a little different, which will hopefully turn into a series on the channel. This is Retro Mix, where I pick a game and merge many of its soundtrack's themes into one compilation. A retro one. Using mostly NES or Genesis sounds, I try to capture the original track's feeling while adding my own twist to it.
▾ About this Mix ▾
Plants Vs. Zombies is one of my all-time favorites. I played it when I was younger, and instantly fell in love with its soundtrack. Laura Shigihara, its composer, is a truly talented and gifted person; the melodies are unusual, unique, and work out PERFECTLY. This game has a soundtrack like no other game has. Each and every track sounds unique and beautiful, and I can say for sure; it's the only game whose soundtrack has absolutely no themes I like less or even dislike.
This mix doesn't have all of them; "Ultimate Battle", "Brainiac Maniac", as well as "Choose Your Seeds" are excluded. "Zombies on Your Lawn" and "Zen Garden" are also not present. They'll either have their own video or will be featured in another mix.

I like how you remixed almost a full loop of Moongrains, considering how that's probably one of the least remixed tracks in this game's incredible OST.
That's one of the reasons why I decided to mix the whole loop of the theme, the other being that I just love the track. Thank you for the feedback.

I really love these themes. I always loved PvZ since it came out. While it is a real shame that each of these are not extended each by like 15 minutes or so...
If you get the chance, extend each of these cause I'd be listening to these a lot while playing Dark Souls and other games.

Alexander Sth You can always pirate it, but I'd advise against it for legal reasons. But as long as you don't use it, you should be fine.

The year is, well I don't know. You're a survivor in the pvz 1 zombie apocalypse. With a large supply of food, water, and clothes, you think that you'll last for a while. You then see a creeked door from the corner of your eye. You go inside, to realize an arcade machine, still on, with the title " plants vs. zombies

You find a box saying "if you find this box by an arcade machine, it's all yours now.
-someone" You open it to find a bunch of quarters. You enter a quarter and press play, and then.... That's where it starts.
This is the only remix that I have heard the part in 0:34 and 7:11 i just love that part thank u bro I swear thanks I just thank u for this u made me cry so nostaligic... now it's just trashy ass fortnite... thanks
