The real problem is finding the other pplayer to do this. There has to be a way for me to do this solo on console. It's really annoying that it works on PC but not on console.
You can't because as soon as you disconnect xbox or playstation can't validate your xbox live/ps plus subscription so they boot you off the game asap however pc you are connecting to rockstar directly no middle man hence when you disconnect wifi after receiving 1 mil it doesn't boot you off the game immediately at least that's how I understand it to work
