Hi Andrew - would you mind explaining and being clear on how to start this ? When I 'add a data structure' it asks me what kind I want and I don't know which to choose from the drop down? How do you get the 'person' and message' fields in you AI Chat structure? And without running it I can't get the 'record person' and record match items to map to the array. It looks a great scenario but the first bit was a bit too top line.
