The healers first turn up already in Stage 3 tho, IIRC. And yes they will severely cramp your style if you haven't built up the means to quickly get rid of them. Esp. once the debuffer versions (red -Atk, purple -Spd) spawn in.

They improved the AI. Healers will run away from you and go behind other fans.

The mobs with the red glowsticks do an area ATK debuff, she was in it
