WHAT IS A DELTA STATE?
The delta brain frequency is a state of deep sleep also known as slow-wave sleep (sws)
and aid in characterizing the depth of sleep. In a delta state, your brain waves move at a
frequency between 0.5 - 4 hz cycles per second.
WHAT ARE BINAURAL BEATS?
Binaural beats are created using two different frequencies on the left and right channels. A third (interval) frequency is perceived by the superior olivary nucleus of each hemisphere of the listener's brain.

I was seriously injured recently (hit by a car and fractured over 20 bones in my spine , ribs, and arm) , and these frequencies have been IMMENSELY helpful in my recovery process. While i do my deep breathing i often fall in trance which lets your music sound like its from another dimension and it feels like my body recovers and gets a lot of energy for my workout! But i have to tell whats going through my mind… I think sometimes, not feeling pain is just a way of our body to shield us until we’re ready to heal. It might not make sense now, but with time, you may come to see this as a form of protection, a space created by your higher self to gather strength. Trust that this phase won't last forever. Nature, self-reflection, and acceptance of your past experiences are powerful steps towards healing, as I've discovered myself. Sending positive thoughts your way and believe for brighter days ahead.
