In this video, I am talking about how you can get a referral on LinkedIn for job in companies in service based companies like TCS, Infosys or in product based companies like Microsoft, Google, etc.
Referral is a way to get job interviews for students of any tier college be it - Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3. LinkedIn is one of the most used places where people ask for referral.
I have shared the exact template using which you can frame your referral message and send to any software engineer or recruiter of companies. Video also covers how exactly you should write the referral and examples for the same.

Didi, do we have refer before applying to the job or it can be done afterwards, because in some video's they stated that if you apply and then ask for refferal, your registration is already made in the database so an error is shown.
Also can refferal be used for internships (google SDE intern) as well?

Mam i applied for a job directly on the company's portal and after that i got a referral form an employee of that company.
Now if I withdraw my previous application ( as there is an option on the site) and apply freshly through that link

I have a reason why I am asking this.
I have heard that after clearing all the interview rounds in FAANG, our profile is sent to a lot of managers at that company. But if we are attaching a job id from the career page of that company, we are limiting ourselves to only that post at that specific office. But we are open to work at any office in India.

I guess you need to clear backs first, but you can check the eligibility criteria for confirmation.
