I have one Request,
As placement season is starting soon everybody is talking about where to learn DSA and how to become a pro in one month or three months but nobody is talking about how to Revise Dsa, for example, many students learn DSA in their 2nd year and make notes and then they start working in development as an intern or as building self projects but they stopped doing the practice of data on regular basics and it becomes one time you can do development or DSA both can't run simultaneously so can you suggest some good idea of revision of DSA notes in a most better and efficient approach.

Nothing works, I have tried every method. Applied through careers portal, Reached out to HR, Asked for referrals. But nobody is responding.
I had tried one method which works 97%
I have created a same profile as mine on linkedin but there's only one difference. Profile's name was a Female name.
Then I have messaged to those people's HR's and Employee's for referral who ignored me as a male candidate were quickly responding to a female candidate 😂😂

Also there are few start-ups who are working in Grooming experienced professionals by training them on technical interview preparation and plus offering Resume building for FAANG companies shortlisting and salary negotiation kind of mentorship... Which is very good but they charging not less than 2Lks for 6 to 9 months training.. which is costly I believe.

Problem is not with the shortlisting its about the recruiters not even looking at the resume and not responding even after resume getting shortlisted.
I followed up this route where I directly mail to the CTO ,hr and trust me they reply back (not everyone but yeah it really works ) if they have suitable openings for you ,this is the best way to get the test link at least :) ,
and also your content add a great value to the college students ,so keep it up ,we need influencers like you
