I'm unfortunate owner of Magnus EX from past 8 months . Horn button not working no spare part from last 2 months . Scooter is is completely down from past 2 weeks as controller has gone faulty . As per dealer Skupa Motors Mumbai it may take several weeks or months to get replacement depending upon company response .

Mein jab ye scooter(Ampere Magnus EX) kharida tha toh, ek wise decision samajh ta tha. Lekin ye mera life ka sabse worst decision tha. 90,000/- ka scooter ek mahine se maraa pada hua he. 5 mahine mein battery kharab, 1 mahina ho gayaa hei,replacement keliye gayaa hei, customer care service puraa worst hei. Mail bhejne se kuch reply nehin aata. Mera sebse nivedan hei ki,Ye Scooter kharidne se pahle 1000 baar sochiye.

yesterday i take a test drive of this electric scooter its top speed was 48km when battery was 59% . i hope it will get 53km when battery is 80-100%.

I am using electric amphere scooter since Apr 2022. Now after using for 9 months. I can say it's worst. Battery is giving so much of trouble. Range fall from 95 km to 60 km in low speed mode.

Do not buy ampere electric scooter. Very poor after sales service. Agar apka koi part kharab ho gaya hai to fir apko 7 se 30 din apka scooter service centre me chorna padta hai. Experienced myself.
