1st, thank you for providing the community with this absolute gem. Note that the caption at 14:23 says "I am Rend Backhand" instead of Blackhand. Just a little typo for you guys to look into.
@@tholos2758 It feels a little too underwater. Maybe I'm just too nostalgic for Metzen's voice for him in the Zul Aman raid trailer. "...I Hate you. I hate you alll."
A nice way to forge an alliance! Amazing scene at the end! Rend looks badass! Love the appearance of Thrall here, though he probably was nothing more than a toddler.
@@OutsiderXE Oh yeah! I'd for some reason recalled the manual for WC3 having the Murlocs be new and implying they were being driven to the surface by something darker (The Naga revealed in TFT) But they do get a mention in The Last Guardian don't they?
@@DIEGhostfishFrom a dialogue between Khadgar and Medivh in The Last Guardian: Khadgar: The Tirassians told stories of fish men. They called them Murlocs. Are they real? Medivh: They are. What other races have you encountered? Other than variations of humans. I assume you are right as well and its one of those mini retcons. The WC2 remake aims to accomodate for modern WC/WoW lore/retcons as much as possible, without destroying the atmosphere.
@@OutsiderXE Fair enough, they add some much needed creep variety. I guess it's really only pushing it back a litle to have the Murlocs be near-mythical until shortly before WC1 and a common nuisance by 2.
@@DIEGhostfishYou also have to consider Khadgar is very young and spent almost all his life in a library. He probably doesnt have much real-life experience with non-humanoids. And in WC2 you see many different perspectives, a lot of travelling.
@@imperium_vox yeah it has grown on me since it was released, but make no mistake some of the original models for Warcraft 3 are way better… and the collectible icons on Battlenet or reforged look like shlte compared to the classics. A lot of the newer reforged models lost the charm the originals had, but the scenery and some units look amazing so it’s a bit hit and miss. Also, Classic mode is fine.
@@Wil_Dsense Don't get me wrong, I loved the old models. I haven't made maps or played Warcraft 3 for a very long time, and when I tried Warcraft again after several years, I was horrified by the angularity and low-polygonity of the old models. They looked great in my memory, but now I couldn't play it anymore, spare my eyesight. The new models are not perfect, they really have lost the spirit of the original in some ways, but they are the best we have now.
I freaking love the voice actor pronouncing it HOOMAN.

Thanks. I forwarded your report.
Zul'jin, the only meaning of this name... Damn, make me happy
His VA is standout in this campaign for sure

i'm playing reforged a lot recently, this MOD is SICK. THIS IS TRUE HORDE.
the nostalgia is crazy
Nostalgia viewed through a different lense…
A nice way to forge an alliance! Amazing scene at the end! Rend looks badass!

Forest trolls seem a little skinny, not enough bulk to separate them from the jungle trolls, but I love it still.
They beef up when they become berserkers. But I agree, I like the old giant forest trolls too
“NEW TROLE HERE”
Zul'jin is my favorite Amani Trolls!!
I'm amazed they managed to get a Thrall cameo in there
Where’s the cameo? I missed it

Well done. This is OG vibes like crazy.
so what was in that purple tome you missed at 17:28?
Marvelous 😮
Thank you so much for this ❤❤❤
This is amazing!
Beautiful
They really have it out for Murlocs, huh
Is this a custom map built by the community? If yes, how is it done? World Editor?
Yes. World Editor.
@@OutsiderXE It's amazing!
When I try to play this one it crashes. I don't know what to do 😢
You need Reforged 1.36.1 and the additional files as described in the install guide on the website.
didn't work for me the campaign is loading but orcs are white instead of green plus the building no showing all look like a pile of ash any idea???
see install guide on hivewrorkshop page. you need more files
@@OutsiderXE I did the game is loading but objects not showing I can control the units but not the mines, buildings
Yeah I had the same issue, currently I their discord waiting on an answer
You need more files. Build more pig farms.
It is better to replace the music from WC3.. it fits well, rather than WC2
No way
How to download this for warcraft reforged

Questio : Is there human version of the campaign?
Not yet.
I thought Murlocs had only recently started rising from the sea in WC3.
Maybe you mean naga. Murlocs have been mentioned in WC1 lore (at least in a book that came out just before WC3 was released)

mmm they should have remained at the same music form WC3
Why are the humans black?
I think they are just tanned - being from Stormwind, closer to Stranglethorn Vale I think :D
Netflix of Warcraft soon lolz
If you think that's black, then you must be really pale...
Does it really matter?
That’s was a HIGH ELF not a human, and it was tanned, not black 😅
Great work, tho am I the only one who thinks Reforge looks like sh*t?
It looks okay. I can't see old wc3 models anymore.
