HEY AERO other amazing video the Ipiranga is a great ship some say its the best tier 8 battleship around in fact i think all the Pan American battleships are incredible they melt destroyers and cruisers and hit battleships pretty good

Ipiranga is strong, very strong. I suspect they'll nerf the line at some point. And it might be to the acceleration or rudder/turn circle. This beast can move and dance. It seems almost unfair.
Great first game in that boat. Almost another Kraken. I am not a big fan of how 203's can cit it from 12-13km or that DD guns can cit it in a drive by. It needs a small buff in that armor area and the funny button needs to have the potential dmg to increase the counter removed and have it be main gun hits only to make this ship balanced IMHO
You need to complete the collection from the event containers. Be careful not to spend your duplicates until you are sure they will finish. The containers drop puzzle pieces. "Complete the new "Battle of Paso de Patria" collection to claim this Commander!" -> Battle of Paso de Patria Collection Complete this exciting new puzzle collection to obtain new unique Pan-American Commander Joaquim Marques Lisboa with enhanced skills and talents. You can find elements of the collection in Battle of Paso de Patria containers. They come in two types: standard and Premium. Each Premium container holds 2 elements of the collection and can only be obtained by participating in the Aquatica Fair event.
i swear ive seen this somewhere before but i cant quite put my finger on it. im getting a very strong since of deja vu watching this......... its probably just my imitation
I don't and they have not said as far as I know. I can tell you they have been asked about it. Some have said to look at other precedents which is I think about 6 months but they just changed how black friday worked by making a bunch of ships only available for cash not dubs so that may not be what happens with this commander/crates. I too... I choose to get 100 supercontainers, thinking I would have enough left to get him... but come up 11 puzzle pcs short... I wrote WG as asked the question you are asking and I got the usual WG run around... I copy and paste for you and others: Please be informed that elements of this collection can only be obtained from Battle of Paso de Patria containers, and this commander only as a reward for completing the collection. Since this event is over, the containers have been removed and cannot be purchased anymore. We unfortunately cannot provide you with any alternative ways to obtain these containers, collection elements, or the commander himself.
If these containers become available in the future through event or some other means, information will be posted on our official communication channels ??? we still know nothing, thanks WG

Why did I switch to AP or why is the AP so bad? Since it was my first game in the ship I was going to test both ammo types based on typical use scenarios to see if the AP on Ipiranga was usable and when it worked.

Smashing good boat which I enjoy very much. So nice to have a new brawler line. Fearing it will get nerfed though
