🖥 How I create my videos:
First, I come up with a theme for the video that I like. I then gather information from statistical websites and other sources (link to source below). Structuring data into a json file. I find free pictures, icons, process them with Photoshop and make an informative card. I record and process the voiceover using Audacity. Background music is taken from RUclips audio library. Then I process the video in Premiere Pro. Previews for video I create in Photoshop.

Nba players should be paid according to the accolades they achieved, with incentives add on or deductions based on their current stats and performance..i know basketball is a team sport, but still paid based on their individual performances..it is downright shamefull for a player like jaylen brown or anthony davis to be the highest paid players when they are not even top ten and in the case of brown is even outside of top 20 right now..
Dude its according to the organizations if I run a company idc weather I have the best in the world once that person is effective in running my company thats all that matters also players get huge contracts to stay like in a bidding process if I think a player is worth 80mil and someone else wants to pay 90mil ill pay 100mil if I don't wanna lose that player thats how it is jaylen is young and anyteam will pay top dollar for him so give him an offer he can't refuse thats all...

you know how the salary cap works? They can°t pay him more than 35 % of the cap with 8% raises every year. If he goes free agent to another team he can get 35 % with 4% raises so he would actually make less money if he is a free agent
