@rushasare Thank you for featuring me in this video. I had a blast recording this! And to all viewers of this video: for all things land, property and business in Ghana, Rush is your guy!
@lorilori I think what you're doing is absolutely fantastic and I would love to do something similar. Wishing you every success & growth in everything that you desire and partake in.
Ghana is very beautiful I started off saying I want a 3 bedroom house to building 3 lever floor 8 bedroom house almost finished lol. It’s exciting building in Ghana.
Lady ..well done for your great achievement in persuing a property well done !!..very wise ..please plant all your fruit trees now in your property garden space whiles you are building ..you will enjoy it as years goes by whiles you are building your dream home ..🌹
It once was sufficient to protect your land with a wall, but what ive seen, in East Legon, that is now not enough. Putting a foundation is good. In my area the land guards didnt touch the lands with a foundation, mine being one of them.
@damedash3226 Land guards are thugs on bikes who come around d to your land once you start building and demand you pay them money for letting you build. They say that it's their family land and they've been looking after it so you owe them ....which is absolute rubbish. It happens a lot these days, it never used to.
Totally agree with three with three bedroom or even two , Look around and learn from other people mistake so many half finish houses .Lots off people seems to be starting from the top , This is your first house take your Dad advice I am shore he is a wise man , Its better to start from the bottom up always .If you have a small finish beautiful place , you can ret it , sell it and buy something bigger , take the equity out and and buy something else while the value will be keep going up. What can you do with an half finish duplex or a big half finish house.
Yes there are lots of half or unfinished houses in Ghana not because ppl can’t afford to continue. You will understand if you have actually started a project in Ghana. It doesn’t matter whether you are building one or two bedrooms, you will lose interest at some point. You got to be very brutal and wicked when dealing with some ppl in Ghana. Just yesterday my 20 bags of cement got stolen, I know perfectly that it’s not stolen, the person didn’t buy it and needed money for Christmas.
@@TheChariot99 I'm not in Ghana and the person claimed he delivered them on site and got stolen the following morning. I have about 3 pcs of solar 4G CCTV cams but he refused to mount them claiming someone will go there and steal the cams. He doesn't want to put them up because I will see what's he's been up to.
@ Never in your life do any projects in Ghana if you’re not there. I’ve lost a lot of money being absent. I will never build my house in Ghana if I’m not on ground. These people can be lazy and cut corners.
Is it a publicity you are giving to your business OR surprise at the fact that Lori decided to get a property in Ghana? Lori is a Ghanaian name, Ewe to be precise. It's therefore not surprising that she has done this.
Do you know the average conversation in a Ghanaian home in abroad about moving back home? It’s negative. Ghana is poor, no work, no medical etc. so for a young lady like her to make this decision, it’s always surprising know the push from the average home. Again average home. Not everyone
@@nellsawere Thank you for your comment. What you are saying is very true. Even amongst the people around me (in the UK) I think there is now a general consensus that there is more to life than the typical "wake up, go to work, go home, sleep and repeat" routine you get stuck in when you are abroad. If it wasn’t for the fear of uncertainty, I actually think a lot more young people would make a similar move.
Lori, I am glad you chose to make this move public. This is part of the wealth creation that would help mother Ghana. Would love to see more of your inspiring journey in the years to come. Who knows it may land me in Ghana too. lol.

Fencing the the plot of laying futing or foundation of the house which one is good for protecting the land
Foundation of the house will protect the land
Hi Rush
Nice work there I’ve been watching your videos for a while now.
Is the land there freehold for Ghanaian citizens?
Thank you.
My advice to this beautiful sister is instead of building a three bedroom house build a duplex so she can earn Cedi from the property.
I love this suggestion I will use this advice
Advice noted. I appreciate it 😉.
This is a great suggestion I will definitely do this
No duplex please. She doesn't need obnoxious people living next door. Yikes!!
