It may have disappeared. If you look on the map at that moment, 3 seconds after the blue shell disappears, the bomb then explodes.

Billy Kerr Yeah. Once in Mirror Mode, Daisy shot a Blue Shell and I backed up and let Toad get hit, but it still hit me! I actually rage quited, because I was in 2nd, and when the Blue Shell hit me, I went all the way to 8th before I could even drive again.

Step 1. Go find a Blue Shell
Step 2. Hang onto the Blue Shell and drive very slow to prevent connection timeout
Step 3. Wait for the leader to return from behind you
Step 4. Give them *your gift* to tell them how you feel towards them 💝

Basically when mank was continuously getting hit he gained a longer invincible fram rate
MLG_RUclips // Major Liam Gaming Pretty much you get two or three seconds to dodge any item that comes for you. If a blue shell or red is coming, run over a banana peel and you will save time. You can get hit by a banana peel and dodge the shocks effect, that doesn't help because you still get shrunken and lose your item(s). Getting hit by a banana peel is the exact same effect as the shock so yeah.

I'm a pro at MK8D, but I need lessons from Mankalor on how to drop out & outrun blue shells.
My friend hates the blue shell, I dont blame him. Everybody does - except the person who's in 2nd. They suddenly like it.
Its easier when the Blue shell shows up in your map, in games like Mario Kart Wii, when someone throws a Blue shell you're 100% fucked unless you got enough speed and mushrooms to outrun it or a Golden mushroom, but its hard to predict when one comes at you.
