We use Lexapro with a lot of pts. Wellbutrin seems to be helpful for people with ADHD and depression… never seen it used for pure anxiety. Be careful when switching sometimes the “switch” can cause some of those symptoms you described so she was smart to recommend clearing out your system before trying another
I don’t have stress dreams about my job. I have stress dreams about a couple past jobs that were really toxic environments to work in. My current job is great thankffully
Good morning Celine happy Sunday morning to you and I enjoy your channel and you are amazing supporter Excelente video gracias por compartir un saludo y bendiciones
Good luck with your therapy we hope it works out well. One of the things we have encouraged every single person to do we have ever worked with in almost 35 years now Lyss did make deadlifts staple of their routine. The problem is most people do wrong that’s why we showcase them and some of our videos, but the most important thing is when starting them is to start very very light and build up a foundation. It is amazing how effective they are especially when you’re trying to lift patients which keep getting heavier by the way.
15:10 (the whole concert) You're the Ma-ma Yo! of clarinetists. And WOW! at 19:13 the trio is killing it. Does YT limit how many times I can say WOW? No? Then I'll say it again: WOW!
Haha thank you so much!!! It was so rewarding to be able to perform this specific program. A lot of times I’m with a quintet or slightly larger ensemble, and I rarely ever get to play trios and duos, so this was really a great experience.
Yeah! I finally got to hear some of the Coleman! I love it. It's great...isn't it the best feeling when you start to nail tough passages repeatedly? When that started happening, I knew everything would be fine. I've heard of SSRIs for anxiety, but not Wellbutrin. I thought the latter would have the opposite effect since it effects dopamine levels. I'm sorry you have anxiety. I know from personal experience with bipolar disorder how much that sucks. I hope you can get by without meds, but don't be afraid to go back on them if you feel they'll help. Yes, I've had bizarre performing dreams too, and I've also dreamed I was on stage to sing without remembering my part. It was Wotan in Die Walküre, something I can sort of sing. That's scary! I've also had that weird dream when I show up for a history exam and it's in Russian or even Chinese. Fortunately, that never happened, although I've had exams in German, but I was expecting those! Since then, I decided I had enough of school. Six years of graduate school was enough! Thanks for sharing! .
Yeah it was a good call to start practicing that piece as early as i did! I felt really good about how i played it. I’m glad I’m not alone in my stress dreams!
Hi Celine you nailed the concert 🎶 👌🏻🤠 But I hope you get that tingling sorted (might take a while (you know how it is with rehab/ exercise in general)) Re set and you’ll be good to go Great vlog as always 🙏🏼 Simon
awh no not you too with the physio!! atlesat you have a foam roller that you can use at home, that definitely helps with the back pain! anxiety is a struggle im sorry youre going through that, panic attacks are not fun at all.. ofcourse girl!! show off your hard work! LOVE that outfit! slipsteam sounded so whimsical, perfect for that location!
Thank you so much Shayy! Yeah this was a rollercoaster or a week with pt and anxiety and the performance, but now that the performance is over I’m really proud of the whole thing :)
There is no way to watch everyones videos. I'm subbed to so many. I'm having the anxiety issues to. Not sure what's going on. Keep pushing. I have noticed you use to work out alot in your videos and I don't see much of that now. That change could be a difference in how you feel. If you arnt working out as much. Makes you tired, feal lazy, and etc after a while.
Yeah, just because I don’t film it doesn’t mean it isn’t happening! I do still workout and I’ve been walking especially a lot more. I think I just needed to reframe how I approach concert days mentally, that’s what started the whole thing. I put so much emphasis on getting there early and feeling anxious the whole time that finally I was like “this is just getting in the way of the joy of music making”.
Good morning Celine happy Sunday morning to you and I enjoy your channel and you are amazing supporter
13:10 the “can’t run in your dreams” had me cracking up!
What a lovely idea for a concert! Beautiful grounds and musicians all over and you can just walk the grounds and hear different music. 😍
Couldn't agree more! It started during the Covid social distance outside time, and people loved it so much that it kept going!
Thanks for sharing your music with us! Hope your back feels better soon 🙏

Yeah I switched after 3 weeks of getting off the previous one, but it was such a roller coaster that I just want to forget the whole thing.
Thank you so much for watching!

Ugh sorry you are going through all that
Oo yay a new Caplan!!
I have a recurring dream that I’m in my hs marching band and I’m in the band closet and I realize I forgot my piccolo 😂
That is the worst recurring dream…not only that it’s in high school but MARCHING BAND 😱

@@CelineFerocious ok. Was just tossing a thought out there.
nice vlogging, for some reason, this video is higher res?
Not higher res for me, your internet must just be working better, or you have it set to higher res.
(All my videos are in the highest possible res but if you watch with slower internet, it shows it in the lowest res to save … energy?)
