Manang is a town in the Manang District of Nepal. It is located at 28°40'0N 84°1'0E with an altitude of 3,519 metres. According to the preliminary result of the 2011 Nepal census it has a population of 6,527 people living in 1,495 individual households. Its population density is 3 persons/km²
Khangsar is a village development committee in Manang District in the Gandaki Zone of northern Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census it had a population of 257 people in 58 individual households. Khangsar village is located in north central Nepal 3756 meters above sea level. There are more than 300 inhabitants

Our government and district leaders never look into developing and building roads in these hilly/mountain areas which is famous for tourism. Because of this local peoples and tourists are facing this type of problems like you faced. Bro adventurous route ra trekking route lai maintenance garneh ho people basically came here to try their endurance limit. If we build big roads then it will not be adventurous anymore.

3:19 Plz don't cheat to foreigners🙏. currently petrol price in Nepal is Rs 136 per liter ( Rs 80 indian curency). Local people should sell in local price.🇳🇵🇳🇵
Only in petrol pumps sir ,in those conditions people will definitely charge some additional costs
In remote areas, everything which isn't locally made have higher price because it's hard for the traders to bring the products there from cities
Before using cheat words think from different perspectives. You living in city area have easy access to you whatever you need.
