    Nezko is the only demon who didn't kill humans but over the thousands years demons keep killing humans so i don't know why you guys dislike shinobu who is always sacrificing her life to protect humans...Also she will become the best teacher and protector of both tanjiro and nezko after these episodes.

      As we have said, one thing is to kill demons and another very different thing is to torture them. There is no need to torture because then you are being just as bad or worse than them. We understand why she does it since it's explained in the following episodes, but at this point where we don't know anything about her, I think it's normal to believe what she does is wrong. Not all demons are bad, even though they kill humans to survive. Tamayo doesn't kill humans, and neither does her assistant; Nezuko is not the only one. We understand that you know much more about her than we do, but this is how she was introduced to us, and that's what we felt.

    17:37 You guys are confused about how demons work, judging from both your reaction and your replies in the comments.
    He didn't have so many chances to realise that it was bad. Remeber Rui said the whole reason he made a fake family was because he wanted to remeber his parents because he had forgotten about them.
    And we k ow that from all the demons we've seen till now that when a human becomes a demon they lose all memories of their human life!
    And since you've finished the first season, you know that Muzan has complete controll over the bodies of demons because his blood runs through them. He can read their minds, he can kill fhem with just his thoughts.
    The things that demons do, are not by their free will, even if some of them might have been scums in human life but still, whatever personality they acquire as a demon is from Muzan.
    Nezuko is the only demon in history to not devour a human! And Tamayo is also the only demon to defy Muzan. Otherwise you know just by saying Muzan's name demons die on the spot.
    It's not like a vampire thing, that you turn into a vampire, you crave blood to survive bht you have a choice to starve to death or kill humans or become a good vampire and just live off of some blood without killing. Muzan's demon's become his slaves. He has complete authority over them. They don't eat people because they need it, they eat humans because Muzan wants them to.
    I've left a few things about Tamayo and Nezuko because they're spoilers, but you'll learn in later seasons (even though it's just a couple of one line sentences here and there but it will clarify my point that how big of a deal Nezuko and Tamayo not eating humans is).

    • @muhammadnoumanpanhwar7969
      @muhammadnoumanpanhwar7969 Месяц назад

      In short demons don't have free will, whatever they do is Muzan's will, he just let's them run free, they can do whatever they want as long as it is what Muzan likes.
      I'll give you an example from Naruto, the Edo Tensei / Reanimation Jutsu.
      We see 3 versions of it.
      1st when Orochimaru does it first and revives the 3 Hokage against Sarutobi. They are like puppets. They don't even speak just fight like machines.
      3rd Version: When Orochimaru does it again during the war and reanimates 4 Hokage. This time they have have complete free will, Orochimaru has no control over them they do whatever they wanna do.
      2nd Version: What Kabuto does, he let's them keep their personalities, but doesn't give them any free will. Like we see many shinobi like Asuma Sensei, they are fully awake, they even help good guys and tell them how to defeat them, but their bodies don't listen to them and fight against their will. Whike Asuma tells InoShikaCho how to fight his body is trying to kill them.
      Muzan's control is kind of like that. All demons have their own lives, own personalities but they don't have free will. They only do what Muzan allows them to do.

      I don’t think we fully realized that they completely forget their human lives. Watching the next arc, we talked about it and thought maybe they do forget their past lives, but it's more about their own choice. It’s like their human will is still there, and if they’re evil, it’s because they chose to be... So that clears up a lot about how we see demons. On the other hand, if that’s the case, it makes even more sense not to blame the demons for what they do since it’s kind of their role as demons, even if it’s not what they want.
      So our point is: we can’t blame the revived ones for killing humans, the blame lies with the one who casts the Edo Tensei. In this case the blame is on Muzan, so if demons need to be killed to prevent them from harming people, just killing them is enough, there’s no need for them to suffer.
      PS: Loved the Naruto reference! That was the perfect way for us to get it! ❤❤❤

      @@Davinci_and_Bruixa like I said, of course there are demons which were evil as humans too, and there are demons that were innocent as humans.
      Now you can judge their choice to become demon as later on you'll see, some humans chose to become demon because they wanted power or they wanted immortality etc. Some chose to become demon because they had no other choice, like they were dying or they were shunned by society and had given up on life and Muzan took advantage and showed them beautiful dreams.
      And there are some who didn't even have a choice like Nezuko.
      But no matter their reason to become a demon, whether it was an innocent desperate choice or an evil reason. Once they become demons, all of it is gone!
      Now the only will is of Muzan's!
      They are nothing but puppets of Muzan.

    • @muhammadnoumanpanhwar7969
      @muhammadnoumanpanhwar7969 Месяц назад

      @@Davinci_and_Bruixa the whole theme of the show is, as Tanjiro himself said when he killed that demon on final selection, that all the demons are just victims of one man, the only demon, Muzan.
      To clarify, of course their are demons who are assholes because it's their personality and Muzan allows them to be evil, it's just that as long as they wanna do evil Muzan gives them free will, but if they wanna do good, they are physically incapable of doing it.
      Kind of spoiler ahead, but not really:
      You'll see some demons get a change of heart during their last moments, some remember their human lives before even dying but they are unable to be good or help the good guys. As soon as even a slimmer of good sparks in their heart, Muzan takes over.

      It's very sad to learn about the demons' past, most of them have very tragic backgrounds. I suppose that if he hadn't tortured the other demons in that way, we would have felt very sorry for him too. In the end, he was just a kid... and he was lost.

    From a Japanese perspective on ethics, it feels strange to laugh during Rui's apology scene. In fact, it's even unpleasant.
    There is a saying in Japan that says, ``Hate sin, don't hate people.''
    As Tanjiro has said, he doesn't laugh at people who regret having committed a crime, nor does he kick them. because That is ugly.
    No baby is born evil; they become evil due to the environment in which they grow up.
    Well... your reaction was a reaction that made it clear that different countries have different ethics. Personally, it's impossible for me to laugh at that scene, so the reaction was both unpleasant and interesting.

    • @Davinci_and_Bruixa
      @Davinci_and_Bruixa  Месяц назад

      We completely agree with your point of view. People are not born evil, they are shaped by their environment and the experiences they go through. You are absolutely right, and he already apologized at the end of the reaction for laughing. He wasn't laughing at Rui specifically, but rather found the actor's voice funny. However, we fully understand your perspective. Thank you for sharing your opinion.

    • @Davinci_and_Bruixa
      @Davinci_and_Bruixa  Месяц назад

      Nezuko wouldn't have been like that because not all demons are like that. We understand they kill humans, but to torture their own kind? To tear the skin off other demons to make them part of a false family? That's not something demons do, and it's wrong. Now we understand why he did it, in the end, he was mentally lost and had a significant family trauma. But that doesn't mean it's normal, and that Nezuko would have done it too if she weren't the protagonist.

      @@Davinci_and_BruixaAll demons (most) forget the past but do things related to it. When Onis transform, they lose their humanity and consequently become less empathetic and more likely to hurt just because. This is their nature, it is immutable, not to mention Muzan's influence, he is to blame for EVERYTHING. Rui was just a child who believed in him and that he would heal.
      And Rui is narratively a villain, what do you think he would do?
