In that specific moment? I doubt he could take ALL of them. He's still recovering from Kagaya's explosion and Tamayo's sneak attack. If he could have killed all of them in that moment, he would have done so instead of having Nakime bring them all into the infinity castle.
Now, if he was at full strength and Tamayo wasn't there, he would probably slaughter all of them easily before the rest of them could unlock their mark. But in THAT moment, considering Gyomei alone stopped one of his attacks, I'm gonna say they'd be able to take him and cut all his vitals or keep cutting him up until the sunrise
