@@FlareIsGone Yeah exactly lol. They put a quest reward on a straight battlecry and it doesn't even matter because Reno invalidates all permanents forever.
I used to play a ton of handlock and when ungoro came i was pretty happy with the cards especially that fat plant that couldnt attack, eventually i was having some trouble with fatter decks than mine so i ran two copies of cataclysm and the quest as an alternate win condition/finisher. I would keep the quest in hand and when i realized i was up against another control deck i would try to play quest followed by cataclysm to immediately finish it and then i would grind down the enemy with endless imps. I saw some increased winrate with it, even tried adding deathwing into it (mostly because i got a random golden deathwing). I also had jaraxus and i love jaraxus but the reduced health would often be a problem, mostly unplayable against mages.
Hunter quest was the first legendary I crafted. I remember making some very strange control reno quest hunter with the quest reward being anti fatigue. My fav game was vs odd warrior, who discovered mechatun from dr boom hero power and won on 8 hp because of it
Galvadon deserves to be the one card that should have charge on it in Pally. If you can cast Galv by turn 5, you absolutely deserve to smack your opponent with a big windfury dinosaur.
Fun fact about jungle giants: The best deck in the last meta of duels which lasted for months was Drek'Thar (druid mode). It used the hero power that draws 3 or less mana neutral minions, along with Scourge Rager, Static Waveform, and the 2 mana 5/5 that dies when it attacks. It wasn't crazy dominant, but it was the best deck by a fair margin.
I feel like Galvadon should adapt ALL friendly minions five times And i think Caverns Below would be better if it said something like "play five minions in one turn"
The Uldum quests were the best designed out of them all. Not a single one of them had to be nerfed and most of them saw meta play. (Though I wish the Mage quest was better than just rng bullshit xD)
Bro wtf are u saying 6:20 the murloc quest is op i found some murloc aggro quest shaman and they destroyed me ONLY with that stupd card cause u just keep playing random minions and u will have ALWAYS the reward and playing a 5 mana 8/8 that gives you like 9 free cards that are all murlocs and have all sinergies effects is broken! Wtf are you saying that the quest is bad???
