The bells of Islington, St Marys

A brief video during the last 10 minutes of a quarter peal of Stedman Triples, rung on the 8 at St Mary's Islington.
Despite the trains strikes on 17th December and various additional modes we all used to reach towers, this is one of the more recent times we have all rung together as a group for quite a while so was lovely to catch up with everyone.

I rang there before they were done up, and they were rough. The ringing chamber looks transformed!

My dad's name Ernest James Rowe is on the 2nd
He hung the two trebles in 1957 to augment the 1865 6 to an 8
