Started meat based diet 30 days ago. Being an MD myself it questioned many beliefs 😅… but I was in such pain and major fatigue that I “had nothing to lose “…. results so far: fibromyalgia (which I had for decades!) GONE within days (which to me is a miracle!), skin completely improved (puffiness gone, rosacea improved, wrinkles diminished, glowing as my coworkers noticed), BP 105-110/60, pulse 60/min. Minus 4 kg effortless. After suffering from long covid I feel some energy coming back. Nothing to lose? I feel like I am gaining back my life… BTW I am a 52 female, perimenopausal. Gained a lot of weight on a whole food “balanced” diet over the last years (despite no junk/no sugar/ home cooking organic/ plenty of vegetables/ …..)
One year carnivore now- it has healed my life- IBS, Menopause symptoms and arthritis. My Husband's Diabetes is being reversed, our mood is elevated and we are glowing with health. Our 11 year old daughter takes a pack up of steak strips, chicken and prawns to school every day and slowly the teachers and other children are beginning to see through her health and vitality that there may be something to this 'carnivore' diet business. The best way we can spread the message of the health benefits of carnivore is through our own shining example of living.
I literally heard people at work saying the opposite; they said they know a lot of people who are going vegan; They are black though and I’ve noticed a trend amongst the black communities with going vegan; they are always being led astray in some way or another, sad
" Veganism is happening in a very major way." #1 of 72 reasons to be vegan! It's a meaningless assertion. Following the crowd is not the best way to go.
@@PraiseJesusChristOurSavior veganism has been in certain black communities for a very long time. I remember arguing with a Rastafarian friend 30 years ago that cholesterol is part of all of our cell membranes. I was doing college biology at the time. He was drinking soy milk back then
Thank you for helping me change my life, Dr. Chaffee. Even though everyone thinks I'm a complete nut job. For some reason, losing 60lbs of body fat and looking like a totally different person equals deranged wacko. I kind of like the criticism, though. Makes me more disciplined.
My (well-educated) family just loves their arthritis! Despite me telling them how I solved my arthritis problem, won't even give up a few SAD things for a week to see if it helps them! They would rather give up their hobbies, painting and hiking and such, but not give up complaining that "there's nothing they can do about the inflammation...it's just age and genetics" ya know!
I'm getting the same treatment. I know people going through cancer, fatty liver, diabetes, digestive issues, Alzheimer's, arthritis. I have all of these but cancer (that I know). I did have a pre-cancerous polyp removed. Only been in Carnivore about a month and a half but already experiencing many positive changes. Nothing negative unless I take in some carbs
I'm a HUGE fan of the word "apparently"!!! It's one of the best ways to relay information to other people without giving the incorrect impression that you know everything. I wish more people would learn to caveat the things they say with this word
I tend to cheat once or twice a week. I have a serious sugar addiction. I’ll try to keep my carbs and sugar as low as possible. I’m 68 and haven’t felt this good in many years. Down 40 lbs from March of 2022. I need to get over this sugar addiction thing once and for all.
Thank you guys; yes carnivore is becoming more popular also here in the Netherlands; a male friend of a friend of mine was a vegetarian for almost two years and then needed testosterone supplementation. He found it very strange when he heared of my friend that i only eat meat and his daughter as well but today i heard of my friend that he has completely turned around and only eats meat😊 He feels much better now my friend told me and he doesn't need the supplementation anymore. He invited her for a bbq and is talking about an extra freezer to store his grassfed beef
LOL! Yeah, when vegan dudes find out their T levels have dropped through the floor & realize they can't get get/maintain an erection, they suddenly figure out that eating no meat is not healthy. The physical results from eating meat trump all that vegan propaganda.
Mikhaila sent me to full carnivore too. Having very similar issues, I jumped in. No regrets. I still have guilt when I tell people that I am on carnivore because, wow, people are very judgemental.
I'm not full carnivore, but ketovore. I found that being off the roller coaster of a sugar burning diet to a fat burning one has given me a very even temperament and energy. That alone is amazing.
One of my favorite regenerative farms here in the US is white Oaks pastures. They offer cabins to stay on their farm, offer classes, and even have a shop selling everything you can get from nose to tail. Good luck Rory it will be great to see what you create.
I've been doing 90/95% carnivore keto for 6 months, but I stopped losing weight and had stabbing pain in the hips that wouldn't go away. So I stopped cheese and cream and started losing weight again. Next the pain: I used to drink 3 cups of decaf coffee a day. I stopped and the pain disappeared in 3 days. Now I bounce out of bed like a young woman every day (am 59). Recently I went hiking for hours every day up on mountains, the Alps. No knee pain, back pain, nothing, no pain at all in the evening, the next day. I'm entirely pain free. It's so weird!! All I had to do was stop coffee. And do keto carnivore!
🤔 Maybe I should try and stop coffee ☕️ also to see if it prevents pain and soreness after exercise. Not sure what the word in English is, in French it’s “des courbatures”, but I’m guessing you also speak French. I need to try! Thank you for sharing!

Started this Jan 8th full carnivore and wow I’m down to 215 from 300+ 6”2 and I wasn’t carrying the weight good and so many gut issues which now after talking to a gi dr it’s 1-4 people in the USA have a gut issue but mine have 90% resolved . I’ve tried all ways vegan, vegetarian, fruitarian , keto ( worked) Mediterranean I just maintained weight fodmap, and so many others and nothing was working or I lost 5 than got it back fast. And relate that now to actual official regulations about “sustainable diet” and “protein transition”…it is really serious what is happening in politics right now! Thank you for all your efforts, Dr. Chaffey!
The "sustainable " diet will create sick, compliant then a dependent populace and early death. WEF person believes the masses have no right to live past 70.
Rory’s comments regarding trauma based behaviors/responses could even be experienced by women who work to put five course meals together daily, or holiday meals together for a crowd, can be stressful 😳
Despite having watched this video days ago, I have revisted you list of symptons you have suffered from being a vegan. I am ever impressed with the diversity of reactions people have to foods.. especially vegetables. As whole food plant based vegan for 9 years before going carnavour at first bite of meat because my cell's response was sooo immediate, profoundly positive from the get go, for me, it is no doubt veganese was not the best food diet for me. Hi Anthony I just wanted to say Im glad Carnivore has been put out on the main stream media (60 Minutes), it will hopefully get people thinking and maybe try it. Even if they're putting their spin on it and trying to dis-credit it a bit . but WELL DONE DR CHAFFEE for getting on there you did awesome!!!
I have just returned home to San Diego after ten years in the UK. Sadly there are no 24 grocery stores post covid. Which is tough on shift workers. needing to shop after 10PM. The latest that the Ralphs Super Market is open is 1AM. Everything else now closes at 11PM and WholeFoods Closes at 9 or 10PM depending on which area your are in. Love Your Channel Thank You ✨🙏✨
I retired from medicine and do the self-sufficiency thing on 120 acres in Southern Tablelands of NSW. Beef, lamb, pork/bacon/salami, chicken, eggs, milk/butter/cheese, veg and fruit (not much because of the cockatoo plague)
His story is just like mine, asthma since childhood bronchitis I was always sick and always on antibiotics. I was always a sick child. I tried vegetarian a little bit a couple times but thanks to family members being so rude to me about it I gave it up. They don’t really say much about carnivore. Just my son-in-law calls me a cannibal.
If we want a world full of intellectual, reasonable people, we need to find a way of using all available cropped land for grazing. I am from the land, I know it could be done, for the 8 billion inhabitants or more. For a start, the climate would become cleaner. There is no need for any more tree clearing. Sounds very simple, well it is. Unfortunately, from incorrect food/energy intake, since the huge profits in grains for cheap high profitable food to very wealthy, (billionaires) religious people, not all religious people, we have become stupid, unreasonable, unable to progress in the correct way that would be an advantage for all humans and the planet. It's too late, we are too stupid to see the error of our ways. It won't happen. The dollar should not be the one and only force to control our intellect.
And there are billions of miles of roadways that could have prisoners on chain garage picking up the trash and then baling that hay to give to the farmers for winter. They just grass there or never even cut it. We have millions of lawn cuttings that could be used to feed local farm coops to feed communities. We are so uncreative due to the mega corporations feeding us poisons.
I was diagnosed with ME / CFIDS in 1990, aged 16. My life has been torture. Housebound for 20 of the last 33 years, on and off. Maybe a coincidence, but I too was on Accutane for acne. Six months in total. Then, whilst doing my Leaving (that's the equivalent of GCSEs in Ireland) I developed severe muscle aching, flu like symptoms and tachycardia. Mater hospital here said I was stressed and eventually a private clinic consultant diagnosed me with ME / CFIDS. I picked up a little around the late 90's but a Tetanus shot floored me and I was housebound then again for 5 solid years and only the last few years have I had the strength to drive. When I walk I get so ill, face pressure, heart pounds, cold all over. Paleo helps a little but not much so gonna go Carnivore. I'm 50 now and homeless, living in a car in Dublin. 100,000 Ukraine refugees arrived over the last year and the rental market was badly effected. Anyway, gonna give this a go. Have an airfryer in my car (Prius w/ an 2000w inverter). Wish me luck.
good luck, bro. carnivore has helped a lot of people suffering from various health issues. are you familiar with Raelan Agle's ME/CFS recovery channel? it popped up in my feed yesterday. random. might be helpful.

I tell you what, I lost 100lbs and reversed the symptoms of Lyme disease with Carnivore, but it took a while. "Eating lots of Kerrygold too." Good. The main reason people fail on Carnivore is not getting enough fat. Good luck and God bless.

Just doing carnivore for a month and diabtes seem stable as blood sugars always in range and reaching lower range now when i never could even on medication. Thats emough proof for me. Being vegetarian for almost 9 years and vegn some of those years found my hormones depleted and misscarrages and mood and emergy dips. Nobody seemed to help. Except naturopath suggested keto and it helped because it cut out carbs, sugar, grains and included animal products. I reversed prediabetes and became pregant naturally. Then got gestational diabets and they put me on insulin injections and told me i must eat carbs. Did my head in and out of concern for growing child i did what hospital told me to do. Baby was healthy and i breast feed for 3 years. But as hormones readjusted i lost appitite andnwas puttingg on weight. Turns out i had diabtes so went on mediactiins and hit the gym and keto diet hard core. Blood sugars looked good on paper but weight increased 6kg and specialist asked me why. Why?? Why didnt she know? I read Jason Jungs book to find out the mediactiins she put me on has insulin racing thru my body constantly. Insulin is fat storing hormone. So no wonder i could loose weight despite keto diet and gym. Medications are death. I persisted a few years chnaging medications and having reactions as doctors seemed oblivious to what they were doing and pprescribed double dose. I was sick of having bad reactions to bad scripts that were nothing but a bangade method. So weaning myself off all medications during plandemic years and had higher blood sugar levels because of it and when i would get sick with flu and it lingered longer. Wasnt easy time but determined to be free from big pharma. I was fasting most days. Now on carnivore i can see hope in this ideology becasuse its logical and shows results fast. I expect and hope to loose 20kg and heal myslef fully from fatty liver and diabtes. But its true there are so many other amazing outcokes that come with carnivore diet. I hope and pray the rest of my family adopts this way also. My husband siad his interested but needs to learn more. But my teenage daughter whos suffered from chronic fatigue and fybromyagia since she was 8 would benefit the most. If only she would be open to it
Dr Baker, thank you! I just finished my NY Strip steak for lunch. So delicious. I'm probably 80% carnivore but going out for pizza & salad tonight. I can "cheat" every once in a while and so far it has not affected the benefits I've gained from eating mostly meat.
Hey guys!! I am a homesteader been doing this in one way or another for 25+ yrs. Dr Chaffee, we were raised in the DFW area lots of great hospitals here, & great land. My hubs works at a big children's hospital (construction/engineering) in the DFW area. We actually own land in 2 states. We're planning to sell one & move to the larger piece where we will be growing cows, other ruminants, pigs, chickens, turkeys, ducks, medicinal herbs, & plants for them. We are going off grid, gonna have rain water, etc. We already have a well that feeds water to 3 different paddocks for cows now. With sustainable farming/ranching needs to be PERMACULTURE DESIGN. Check into Geoff Lawton to learn about that. Thank you Dr Chaffee for all you do!❤
Good luck with the farming. It will be a lot of hard work but also very rewarding. Get as much advice as you can. Starting from scratch will be hard but you won't be stuck in one way of thinking so more open to different ideas which will also make it more confusing .
The genetic argument is very detrimental to public health. Speaks to the victim mentality highly prevalent in todays society. Also I really dislike when people equates my body being "erhm" lean and mean with just having a high metabolism, which totally negates the fact that I only eat once or twice a day depending on how much energy I expend, i.e. if I use my body more I eat more, if I have a slow day, what a ye know I don't need as much food. I also fast a lot. I have had the same kind of journey as Mr. Bland, my problems were mostly mental. But very severe. Taking charge of my health(diet )has been and still is the only thing that has helped. Meat is KING!
Thanks for sharing your journey! Sometimes taking charge of the diet allows our body/mind to start focusing on the mind or other parts next. Keep it up legend!
All the talk about needing a vegan diet for environmental reasons is absurd. What does it take to make all that processed food in the store? Not just the grains, but preservatives, packaging of metal, plastic and paper? Chemicals? Food colorings? Imagine just farms.
I’ve been on it now for about 8 months and every so often I try to add something different and 99% of the time I feel worse. I’ve only just realised that eggs were having a negative effect on me.
It definitely viral. I was keto for several years and I even watched Dr. Berry go carnivore but I still didn’t get it. It wasn’t until something happened to me while traveling that I went that’s it I can’t do this anymore. And I started down the carnivore bunny hole and the rest is history for me. I am not going back. I cannot eat vegetables. I cannot eat spices and cheese makes my asthma flare, so I’m pretty much beef, butter, bacon, and eggs with a little bit of chicken. I then ran across Dr. Baker and Dr. chaffee and of course they’re from my state so I became huge fans.
I relate so much to Rory. Similar issues growing up and some of the same surgeries.Waiting on triple jaw surgery this year and I wonder if that's cause of the food I was raised on. Same exact deal trying to find what worked and going vegan and getting into yoga and that kind of stuff. Learned about carnivore years ago and then went back and forth for a while before coming back to it. I had to research all the facts and think about it. It's more ethical to eat locally raised animals than contribute to the food supply chain. Way more death in raising fruits and vegetables and shipping them all over. Even local farms that grow food have to kill a lot of animals to protect the crops. I thought the ethical thing was vegan. I just caught my first fish since I was a kid last week. I'm starting to feel better again. Going to stick with it this time long term. It's obvious from listening and meeting lots of people. Meat eaters are more calm, rational, compassionate overall. So many vegans I met are misanthropic. I always hated that the most. That worldview puts you in a box. It's hard to get out of. A wrap around ideology totally at odds with reality.
YEAH YOU!!! GRAND WAY TO BECOME HEALTHY ISN'T IT. LORDY DID YOU CELLS LET YOU KNOW AT FIRST SWALLOW??? I went from a size 22 (REALLY BIG BUTT. I think it depends on how your body works. I know a bunch full of vegetarians that live in full health and they feel great. But when my Buteyko coach started to recommend doing carnivore, I see a lot more vegetarians with health issues! My sister in law and her husband and two kids are vegetarians. Both kids haven’t eaten meat in their whole life yet. The boy (8) has gut problems (diarrhea) and can’t breath through his nose. He’s very clever but don’t act like an eight yo, more than a 5 yo. He still has his milk teeth. His sister (6) is too skinny, very small and has caries on most of her teeth. The whole family has problems with their teeth. My sister in law has problems with her hormones and is entering menopause just at the age of 38… I think they should try carnivore to get better, but they won’t. They’d rather suffer to the end of their lifes 🤷♀️ I have a lot of health issues too, I lived vegan for one year and then my problems got severe. In July I’ll start carnivore. I wish my body could live vegetarian because I LOVE vegetables, but I think it’s not my way.
Wow Your name is Rory. My name is Rory too. And I started on the carnivore diet too in May and I'm continuing with the Info I've been getting from the many videos, some from people who have been vegan for years and switched to the carnivore diet. But I started by watching a documentary called "Perfect Human Diet." That documentary showed, through anthropological discoveries that we have historically been predominantly meat eaters and eating a small amount of fruits and vegetables basically because they weren't available. We were hunters and gatherers and most of our ancestry is that. There were a species of vegetarians but they died off.
Great thing about carnivore is that we all do it a little differently, and we’re still a community that supports one another. Some are BBBE. Some are BBBE+F. Some drink coffee. Some eat pumpkin and zucchini. Some are Lion Diet. The foundation to this is, “listen to your own body,” and do what makes it feel and operate the best. 💪🥩
Just saw Dr Chaffee in the Sixty Minutes Australia show. I'll bet they filmed heaps and then chopped it to the bones. I know as it happened to me. Such a shame.
@@anthonychaffeemd no, I think what you heard was that possibly the butter wasn’t ‘grass-finished’. But in truth most cattle here graze grass & finish on silage/hay?
Dr why isn’t there a relative measurement for the amount of plant toxins? This would be very informative. Like it would seem logical that drinking filtered water through plants would have significant less toxins than consuming the plant??
I think everything depends on the person. Different diets work for different people. Personally, I did not start getting better until I was on a Whole Foods plant-based diet. But that’s just me! I think we all have to search until we find our individual answer.
Terrific discussion - thanks. I'm interested in finding out more about the carnivore diet. Just wondering about our teeth - they're not like feline teeth - so I thought us humans were omnivores??
We don't ferment fiber. If we were made for eating predominantly plant material, we would. Molars are sharp. Can't slide over each other. Our stomach acid has a pH a little more acidic than a dog. We made weapons because we have hands and that resulted in brain expansion. We probably adapted over hundreds of thousands of years as scavengers. Nobody knows for certain, but the fossil records back up this hypothesis. Fruit and vegetables in the grocery stores never existed in nature. They are grown in chemical fertilizers and heavily sprayed. Franken foods actually.
Why does it really matter? I mean no disrespect, but people can argue back and forth about whether we’re carnivore or omnivore until the cows come home. The questions are: 1) what do you resonate with? AND 2) how do you feel when you eat a certain way? I think it’s hysterical when vegans (or anyone) say things such as: “Just wait 30 years when you have a heart attack, etc.” I doubt very much the person who was bloated with high blood pressure, pain, and autoimmune issues cares whether they have a heart attack in 30 years when all their symptoms are gone, they’re off all meds, all signs of disease are gone, and they feel phenomenal NOW. Do what works for you, based on what feels good.
Please could you help me find Rudy's channels/sites I love him. Wowza. I know you have changed my life. Thank you. I had sharp crystals in the corner of my eyes every morning and ALL DAY LONG before going carnivore at first bite. I am I AM MIGHTLY MEATY MO now. Btw, Rory, (typically) Whole Foods 8am-10pm, Trader Joes's 8am-9pm, Costco 9am-8:30pm (7pm wkends). Those are the places I regularly grocery shop. And my local Safeway went down from 24hr to 5am-2am a year ago.
I need help with my carnivore diarrhea!! Please!!! My husband and I have been carnivore for a few weeks but just now 2 days ago started having diarrhea!
Mine lasted a few days then went away. Take electrolytes, make sure you're having a lot of fat, and I recommend meat stock + probiotics, and also nothin like a good Coffee Enema to help your body adjust to the new way of eating lol
The culling of the cattle is just this century’s version of the US government culling the buffalo in America to starve the American Indians into submission. Once the buffalo were gone, nobody could exist outside of the system. This is the SOS that these “elite” monsters who rule us do throughout the centuries. Remember when England blockaded the ports and seized the Irish’s cattle, hogs, butter, milk, and every other commodity they grew/raised and then called it the “Potato Famine?” Then they refused to allow American ships into the ports to save the starving Irish, and the Catholic Church established poor houses where the Irish serfs had to sign over their rights to farm their Lord’s land (that they’d been tied to for generations) to get into the poor houses, and then the poor houses starved/worked the peasants to death and buried them in mass graves? Well, this is the same sh1t under the guise of climate change.
Very interesting. I don't do Instagram. Will look for his recipes on youtube though. Going to work for free on a ranch would be a good way to learn. Having experience picking fruit is not the same. Find one that is raising grass fed, grass fished beef though.

do it. try it for at least 30 days. transition into it slowly if you're not used to low carbs (to avoid the "Carnivore Flu"). just eliminating sugar, seed oils, processed foods, junk food & restaurant food will improve all of his symptoms. there's also stuff like Tongkat Ali which Andrew Huberman recommends.
In Oslo, capital city of Norway, the politicans have decided to take away meat from day care for children and go full vegan. Claiming health and clima.
Off topic but I took Amber O'Hearns advice and just started going crazy with the fat. I swear I must have had 150grams of butter as a first meal of the last 3 days. Could I have gotten better by eating more meat? Probably but every time I tried to eat more steak I got to a point where I just couldn't eat anymore. Anyway, it seems that this mostly helps older females who have health problems. I'm a lean 39 year old guy. I stopped feeling cold, hungry and tired. I'm sleeping better. Carb cravings are gone again and the dry cracked skin on my hands and feet went away very fast. I also lost the most I ever have in the 2 years on carnivore, which I honestly wasn't expecting.
Hi Dr Chaffee, is there a reason why Tallow cream is making my skin dry? I wanted to stop using regular moisture, but I've tried a few times now using Tallow moisturiser, and it makes my skin dry. So confused.
@anthonychaffeemd 100% sure, it happens whenever i use tallow, I've tried using more multiple times with different brands of tallow, and it makes my hands very dry and flaky, it is really bizarre. I have history of dry hands during winter, so bad that cuts open and bleed everywhere, but it's summer now, currently a heat wave 30 degrees in uk, and I tried tallow last night, woke up and as the day has gone on, my hands have gotten more and more dry, maybe it has more to do with my environment? my home has water damage, and the building I work in, and my grandparents house, literally can't escape water damage buildings and homes in uk.
@@connorjoe6700 Check the list of ingredients. If there's anything else than tallow in it, it may be an allergic reaction to that additional ingredient for example oils. You may test out your reaction to real tallow by frying your meat on a pan and leaving the pan until it gets cold, then applying the tallow that remains on the pan to your hands several hours later.
@Michal_Sobczyk the only added ingredient is JoJoba oil, that must have been what caused my reaction, literally had flu like symptoms, nose was like a tap, I will try using tallow from the pan couple hours after cooking as suggested.
Hi @Anthony Chaffee, The Inuits, and the Maasai people are often referenced in your videos about their good health, however, they have a severely low life expectancy, what would your rebuttal to this be? Thanks
That's life expectancy from birth, not how long they live if they die of old age. Big difference when you are talking about people who live in the wild without hospitals and clean water, and the infant mortality rate is sky high. If 3/5 people are dying in infancy, the others have to life a long time to make up for it. Plus, lions and polar bears... Plus plus, the Inuit start smoking on average at 8 years old, are genetically predisposed to heart disease, and yet they still have far lower rates of heart disease than other Canadians.
Hey Doctor Chaffee can you talk about why human beings have the range of tastes that we do? Sweet, sour, bitter and salty. As a long time basically carnivore guy I wonder why when I am hiking in the forest and the wild fruit is ripe I am automatically drawn to eat them. Why do my taste buds react so positively to some sour herbs and on rare occasions the bitters are welcomed. Please talk about the medicinal uses of herbs in prehistoric carnivore peoples. What about parasites with meat eaters. I am 75 and have lived by listening to my body and what the needs might be. To survive I think we must be adaptable. I could elaborate to some greater extent but for now, can you address these things
I haz questions... Many people in India are vegetarians and seem to thrive OK, often living long lives. Yes, some of that is due to the massive size of the population, so there will always be some extreme outliers, but the point stands, they're not all obese and unhealthy, dying early etc. Can someone explain this to me (and yes, I am returning to the carnivore diet myself, I just want answers!)
I won't be able to explain this, as I haven't eaten flesh in ore than 20 years. The truth is: there's no need for us to eat animals whatsover. Not in 21st century
I'm Vivek from India, I'm 23 years old. I was diagnosed with osteopenia at 18. My bones are still weak. Drs tried to put me on bisphosphonates, I refused. Allopathic doctors didn't even Wanna know what I eat, they didn't ask. I started having less sugar, and walking more, There's been a very tiny improvement. I wanna do carnivore diet. I have options of buffalo meat, eggs, curd. Is this enough? I don't wanna eat chicken, cuz here they're filled with injections and medicines. Right now I'm eating one carnivore meal, and one normal meal of whole wheat, and vegetables. I'm also having curd with both meals. Is this enough? Should I go full carnivore? Is buffaloe meat, eggs, curd, ghee enough?
@@DESIBrownBoy Make sure you drink raw milk, cheese, eggs, butter, and meat. Make yourself bone broth, and stay away from all grains. When you eat grains, they have protease inhibitors that will stop you from being able to get the nutrients out of the meat. Grains and vegetation block mineral and vitamin absorption in the intestines. You might also avoid uncooked egg whites, because they can also block absorption in sensitive people, but eat the yolks raw.
The buffalo alone should be enough so long as you eat not just the meat but also the fatty bits. If you eat enough buffalo, and it's associated fats, you will gradually reduce the osteopenia. You don't need eggs but can add them too if you want. I would not eat any sugar, processed food or the curd, ghee, wheat chicken or vegetables. Just eat the buffalo and add eggs if you want. Eat a sufficient quantity of the buffalo and it's fatty bits until you are full and do that whenever you are hungry. Simple! I would also do some weight bearing exercise (lift weights) and high intensity interval training (not long distance jogging just short burst interval training) for bone density. Walking is ok but higher impact (like high intensity interval training and weight baring will do more to increase your bone density). I eat a fully carnivore diet and eat only organic beef, organic lamb, organic eggs, bone broth (that I make myself by simmering beef bones in purified water) and very occasionally fresh, wild caught seafood such as fresh (not tinned) sardines and mackerel. I make gravy from the left over juices from cooking the beef or lamb and mix in some of the bone broth and simmer off the liquid until it turns into a tasty gravy to put over my meat and eggs. This adds extra fats and taste. I don't eat chicken or any poultry as I can't source any that I consider good enough to eat due to the way they are fed and processed (even organic chicken). Best of luck.
Hey! I have tried to go carnivore, but I do not like the taste of meat. When I make ground beef with onions and zuchini (pealed and deseeded) or with avocado or carrots, the meat tastes better. I try to avoid lectins and oxalates. They give me tendon pains (like in fibromyalgia).
dump the meat. go for eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, pork, salmon, mackerel, shrimp, etc. i know: almost everything has lectins. keep experimenting!
@@chuckleezodiac24 Hi! Thanks for your idea. Our grassfed meet here in France is very healthy. Together with onion it is oké. I am very sensitive to histamine, so no bacon, ham, sausage, old cheese and canned fish for me. I eat a lot of young cheese and mascarpone. Mascarpone in coffee, omelet, yogurt is delicious. I keep the lectin veg low.
I have to wonder whether it may be too late to try and do regenerative farming. You’re talking about buying massive acreage, but Bill Gates has already bought up thousands and thousands of farmland acreage in the United States, and the mayor of New York City was recently speaking about carbon emissions, and how the the number one cause was meat and dairy! The push back against eating meat, coupled with the push for a plant-based diet has gone, almost radical, and while we are taking out slowly and light heartedly, the vegan craze is on a rampage and making headway. I realize so is carnivore, but I just don’t know how. I feel that Big Ag and Corporate conglomerates are swinging for the fences!

Also, dr. Chaffee, I'd love to hear your opinion on bromelain/pineapples (unripe) as supplementation for bone/enamel growth, as per Aajonus' "primal diet"?
I can relate, been there WPBD did not work for me. Going Carnivore reversed all the side effects of plants and grains...

Good golly I am now in the stage of bringing my super high across the board highest lipid panel calmed down without resorting to statins. About a decade ago I held "statin tryouts". My cells rejected everyone of 9 modt popular ones...unequivocally.
Withing a week of going carnivore I went from a size 22 pant to a size 2-4. Like Butter Bob...my underoos did fall off after 5th day when not only the fat was literally rendered like bacon, but viseral fat which wraps all the innard's organs shrank sooo rapidly and vompletely it left all compression bruised. That was beyond PAIN!
The nurients missing from meat was proven that I was not assimulating absorbing from supplementation.

So much land isceared fo chemical induced grains and vegetables...dust pits and a pool of killing pesticides and God knows what else

I'm trusting you 🙂.
I love eggs, but sadly they do not love me. 😔 So, I feel you.
Me too! A couple of days ago I dreamed that I was eating cakes and I was wondering what am I doing? When I woke up I just laughed
…could you share what happened while traveling, if you might, pls. If not that’s ok, too
Just curious

Good stuff!👍
Thank you!
YEAH YOU!!! GRAND WAY TO BECOME HEALTHY ISN'T IT. LORDY DID YOU CELLS LET YOU KNOW AT FIRST SWALLOW??? I went from a size 22 (REALLY BIG BUTT. I am straight carnivore with a "guest" vegetable some days.
No discipline involved for me either Dr.Caffee. And Rudy, your family has had to watch you suffer for sooo long, they are certainly happy to support you and your choice of meat!!
Tell me about making meat stock PLEASE??? I will share with you the most fundamentally unique way to heal on a cell level...EVER!!!
Thx for sharing! Yeah you can find my meat stock recipes somewhere on my channel!
They’d rather suffer to the end of their lifes 🤷♀️
I have a lot of health issues too, I lived vegan for one year and then my problems got severe. In July I’ll start carnivore. I wish my body could live vegetarian because I LOVE vegetables, but I think it’s not my way.
Plenty of good land in Qld with water & close to 100k cities
Wow Your name is Rory. My name is Rory too. And I started on the carnivore diet too in May and I'm continuing with the Info I've been getting from the many videos, some from people who have been vegan for years and switched to the carnivore diet. But I started by watching a documentary called "Perfect Human Diet." That documentary showed, through anthropological discoveries that we have historically been predominantly meat eaters and eating a small amount of fruits and vegetables basically because they weren't available. We were hunters and gatherers and most of our ancestry is that. There were a species of vegetarians but they died off.
Hi Rory
Great thing about carnivore is that we all do it a little differently, and we’re still a community that supports one another. Some are BBBE. Some are BBBE+F. Some drink coffee. Some eat pumpkin and zucchini. Some are Lion Diet. The foundation to this is, “listen to your own body,” and do what makes it feel and operate the best. 💪🥩
Thank you for a very informative and interesting video!
Just saw Dr Chaffee in the Sixty Minutes Australia show. I'll bet they filmed heaps and then chopped it to the bones. I know as it happened to me. Such a shame.
The irony..!..
I just saw this man's name in the comments on LKs channel

Anthony, it’s changed a lot here in Ireland. Some stores are open from 7 am to 10 pm 😮

Dr why isn’t there a relative measurement for the amount of plant toxins? This would be very informative. Like it would seem logical that drinking filtered water through plants would have significant less toxins than consuming the plant??
A fun conversation.
Indeed!
I think everything depends on the person. Different diets work for different people. Personally, I did not start getting better until I was on a Whole Foods plant-based diet. But that’s just me! I think we all have to search until we find our individual answer.
We are all so different hey! I wish I could have gotten better on whole foods plant based but nope, a different journey was in store for me...

Thoughts on Ireland culling 200,000 head of cattle?
Same in the Netherlands.
They're digging their people's graves
I’m in North Houston and they stopped all of 24 hour grocery stores during the lock down. 😭😭
You'll be glad to know Anthony, the major supermarkets are now opened most days until 8 - 10pm 😂😅

In Oslo, capital city of Norway, the politicans have decided to take away meat from day care for children and go full vegan. Claiming health and clima.
They'll keep ramping up that agenda until we have no choice but to eat vegan if we don't fight back.
The only thing you need from the middle of the store is toilet paper!! 😂
Mikealas Ted talk was what turned me too. 😊
To go carnivore I would have to get a locked freezer and plug it in on my porch so I could buy a grass feed grass finished cow.
That's the best way to do it, for both nutrition and cost. But, I do just fine on Costco beef
Hi Dr Chaffee, is there a reason why Tallow cream is making my skin dry? I wanted to stop using regular moisture, but I've tried a few times now using Tallow moisturiser, and it makes my skin dry. So confused.
That's bizarre, it should do the opposite. What happens if you use more? Are you sure it's tallow?
I make my own tallow and it's the opposite of what you describe.
It's so good, for skin and to cook.
@@anthonychaffeemd Makes sense. Thanks for the response.
Welcome to community, my brother. Welcome to the last stop called THE TRUTH.
The question of the moment.... was he getting laid at the Ashram? 😊 Wonderful interview!!

@@toscadonna OK thanks a lot
