Oh Ginger ( and Jon ) I just found out yesterday about Cinnamon’s passing. I am shocked and saddened by this news. I have been following the heart Sherpa since 2015, and through her I found your channel.. you both have inspired me to paint and sparked my creativity. I was drawn to her openness, kindness, love and positive energy. She made me laugh and smile when she’d dance in the bubbles or sing. She is the only artist I saw write wishes and blessings on her canvas before painting. You both have kept me company on many lonely evenings and I’ put her videos on to play as I slept at night. I know this video was hard, but you honored her and us by sharing some memories. Sending love and condolences to you all.
I want to thank you for bringing Cinnamon into the world and sharing her with all of us. Her personality was healing for quite a few of us. I will be following your channel. Thank you

Your daughter helped me through my darkest of times with her bubbly personality and kind teaching, she led me out of my postpartum depression and was there for me whenever I needed her. This was such a great tutorial. It was fun, comforting, sad in a few spots but very uplifting. I think it was like a grief sharing experience for so many but left you with a feeling of unity, grace and comfort. And who knew Hello Kitty was just a kid dressing up like a cat...sure sold a lot purses and lunch boxes though.
My Dear Ginger, I found your tutorials thru Cinnamon. I appreciate so much the time and effort you put forth these wonderful tutorials for us to learn and paint. I have been disabled from painting this past month. I wanted to see what Cinnamon has been painting so to my shock I just found out that we lost her. Dear Miss Ginger, I missed the live by an hour because I was at work, I got in my car and accidently hit RUclips when putting the phone in the holder. I saw that you and Jon had streamed and I caught my breathe. I sat in my car, in an empty parking, and cried. I never imagined I could feel a loss of someone I never met in person so deeply. Cinnamon got me through some of the most difficult times of my adult life. Coming from a severe abusive childhood which I carried/continued into my adult life (I am sure you know the psychology of that), she entered my living room one night (I started watching your videos first, but discovered her a short while after) and my life changed. Her love, compassion, and ability to help me look at myself was amazing. I have been to therapy and my life is very different, but she was a part of that. I can't explain why other than she showed me I can paint. I could accomplish something that was all mine and I could be proud of it. I was able to share this new found skill with people and it helped me to form relationships as well as giving me a sense of pride. That isn't only the power of art, but the power that IS our precious Art Sherpa. She was 58 days younger than me so that hit as well. I am so grateful for this and will be painting it as a tribute to you as a mother, and for Jon for his support and strength (I am sure he has been a big help during this time) and for the Art Sherpa because she would want us to heal and remember her without tears. She would want us to be kind to ourselves, be kind to others, and bring people to the easel. I just figured out a way to that. I have a friend who is hospitalized because she was just diagnosed with Leukemia. I just didn't know what to do to help her. Well now I do. I am loading up supplies next week and going to the hospital. I will introduce her to Cinnamon and we will paint together as long as she is able. I feel it a fitting tribute. I grew up watching Bob Ross, then in 2020 during the pandemic, I decided that I needed something to help with the sadness that was going on in the world. I then discovered Cinnamon's art channel. She inspired me to start painting through her in-depth teaching & her humor & made me realize I could paint. I painted one of her sunflowers & gave it to my mom. I had started painting her sasquwatch for my dad because we have a fun debate about whether he exist, I will have to finish it, in her honor. I have cried buckets today when I learned of her passing. She will forever be a wonderful inspiration to me & greatly affected me, she will never be forgotten. I know she is painting something beautiful on her easel in heaven along side Bob Ross. Prayers for entire family.❤

Cinnamon always said u were one of the best teachers , a natural and I see where she got her spirit and love of art and teaching from . So Sorry Ginger and Jon for your loss. Cinnamon is so missed. She was such a bright star and I believe with Cinnamon her star burned so bright she needed to be back in the sky lighting the way for everyone. That’s just who she is. I loved her so much. I found her when I got into therapy over family issues and co dependency. I needed to find me and what made me happy. I always loved art and always interested in painting. So my therapist mentioned that I begin to paint. And I went on you- tube to find some tutorials on beginning painting. And I was blessed to find Cinnamon. I fell in love with her and her channel and everything about her. I quickly became a regular on her channel. So thank you for this video tonight. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to everything you shared about Cinnamon. They are like little golden nuggets of remembrance of our Cinnamon. I will watch it over and over just to hear you and Jon speak about my wonderful art Sherpa which brings me joy and a new connection to Cinnamon. I will most definitely watch your channel. Dear Ginger and Jon, I am so sorry for your loss. I found Cinnamon when I was looking for a way to be able to paint at home because with 5 children and home schooling them and then another on the way, going to a paint a sip to paint and learn wasn’t possible financially for us. I found she and John’s interaction as she taught so refreshing and she felt like a ray of sunshine to me. Having had to privilege to then go on to talk and meet in person, she and John were so authentic and more wonderful in person. From the beginning I felt 😢his kindred spirit connection that is so precious. She will always be in my heart & on my mind. I will be forever grateful for her kindness in teaching and she and John’s generosity in providing so much for free, although I supported as often as possible because I could never have learned what she taught me if I had to pay to go to college. As I will continue to support them. I could go on… but there isn’t room in comments. Thank you for sharing tonight and my heart hurts with and for your sweet family. I will miss her dearly and I will continue to learn and paint as part of a way I will honor her. Huge hugs and lots of love ❤
Wow Cinnamon & I woulda been besties, we sound like the same people!❤😊 I hated math, I rode horses. I have had pink, purple,rainbow hair since I was a teen my mom said I ruined my most beautiful strawberry orange hair too! Hated gym class, failed it every year, funny enough now at 42yrs old I love going to the gym 😂, I was artistic, always won 🏆 painting halloween pictures on store front windows through our art classes in high school. Did I mention I HATED math?! 😫😅 . no wonder I always loved her lol. Even though we never met, I feel like I lost a close friend. I've been watching & painting along with her for 10+yrs. She was a beautiful soul & most talented artist. She will be deeply missed. I still can't believe I won't be seeing anything new video of hers popping up. 😢 ((hugs)) to You Ginger, Jon,her kids & everyone else 💔 by this huge loss. Keep meeting at the easel to keep her spirit alive ✨️

Oh Ginger ( and Jon ) I just found out yesterday about Cinnamon’s passing. I am shocked and saddened by this news. I have been following the heart Sherpa since 2015, and through her I found your channel.. you both have inspired me to paint and sparked my creativity. I was drawn to her openness, kindness, love and positive energy. She made me laugh and smile when she’d dance in the bubbles or sing. She is the only artist I saw write wishes and blessings on her canvas before painting. You both have kept me company on many lonely evenings and I’ put her videos on to play as I slept at night. I know this video was hard, but you honored her and us by sharing some memories. Sending love and condolences to you all.

This was such a great tutorial. It was fun, comforting, sad in a few spots but very uplifting. I think it was like a grief sharing experience for so many but left you with a feeling of unity, grace and comfort. And who knew Hello Kitty was just a kid dressing up like a cat...sure sold a lot purses and lunch boxes though.
It's a reminder that even in times of sadness, art can be a healing force.

Dear Miss Ginger, I missed the live by an hour because I was at work, I got in my car and accidently hit RUclips when putting the phone in the holder. I saw that you and Jon had streamed and I caught my breathe. I sat in my car, in an empty parking, and cried. I never imagined I could feel a loss of someone I never met in person so deeply. Cinnamon got me through some of the most difficult times of my adult life. Coming from a severe abusive childhood which I carried/continued into my adult life (I am sure you know the psychology of that), she entered my living room one night (I started watching your videos first, but discovered her a short while after) and my life changed. Her love, compassion, and ability to help me look at myself was amazing. I have been to therapy and my life is very different, but she was a part of that. I can't explain why other than she showed me I can paint. I could accomplish something that was all mine and I could be proud of it. I was able to share this new found skill with people and it helped me to form relationships as well as giving me a sense of pride. That isn't only the power of art, but the power that IS our precious Art Sherpa. She was 58 days younger than me so that hit as well. I am so grateful for this and will be painting it as a tribute to you as a mother, and for Jon for his support and strength (I am sure he has been a big help during this time) and for the Art Sherpa because she would want us to heal and remember her without tears. She would want us to be kind to ourselves, be kind to others, and bring people to the easel. I just figured out a way to that. I have a friend who is hospitalized because she was just diagnosed with Leukemia. I just didn't know what to do to help her. Well now I do. I am loading up supplies next week and going to the hospital. I will introduce her to Cinnamon and we will paint together as long as she is able. I feel it a fitting tribute. Thank you Miss Ginger and Mr. Jon for sharing yourselves even in your pain. I can see where Cinnamon got "it" from. With love and art hugs from Robert, Louisiana, Kelly Jo

I always thought it was so awesome that you all lived in San Diego when I did. Loved the Del Mar fair growing up and just to think I may have seen her painting before I knew who cinnamon was, it goes to show what a small world we live in.

I grew up watching Bob Ross, then in 2020 during the pandemic, I decided that I needed something to help with the sadness that was going on in the world. I then discovered Cinnamon's art channel. She inspired me to start painting through her in-depth teaching & her humor & made me realize I could paint. I painted one of her sunflowers & gave it to my mom. I had started painting her sasquwatch for my dad because we have a fun debate about whether he exist, I will have to finish it, in her honor. I have cried buckets today when I learned of her passing. She will forever be a wonderful inspiration to me & greatly affected me, she will never be forgotten. I know she is painting something beautiful on her easel in heaven along side Bob Ross. Prayers for entire family.❤

Thank you for this video ! It’s been awhile since I have watched an entire painting in one session usually I pause take a break and come back ! I learned a lot of new things from u last night! Cinnamon always said u were one of the best teachers , a natural and I see where she got her spirit and love of art and teaching from . Her videos saved me at a time when I needed it most and she opened a door to painting and it changed my life ! I wouldn’t have even tried if she didn’t keep telling me yes you can lol anyone can paint ! She was right ! So Sorry Ginger and Jon for your loss. Cinnamon is so missed. She was such a bright star and I believe with Cinnamon her star burned so bright she needed to be back in the sky lighting the way for everyone. That’s just who she is. I loved her so much. I found her when I got into therapy over family issues and co dependency. I needed to find me and what made me happy. I always loved art and always interested in painting. So my therapist mentioned that I begin to paint. And I went on you- tube to find some tutorials on beginning painting. And I was blessed to find Cinnamon. I fell in love with her and her channel and everything about her. I quickly became a regular on her channel.
So thank you for this video tonight. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to everything you shared about Cinnamon. They are like little golden nuggets of remembrance of our Cinnamon.
I will watch it over and over just to hear you and Jon speak about my wonderful art Sherpa which brings me joy and a new connection to Cinnamon. I will most definitely watch your channel.

Dear Ginger and Jon, I am so sorry for your loss. I found Cinnamon when I was looking for a way to be able to paint at home because with 5 children and home schooling them and then another on the way, going to a paint a sip to paint and learn wasn’t possible financially for us. I found she and John’s interaction as she taught so refreshing and she felt like a ray of sunshine to me. Having had to privilege to then go on to talk and meet in person, she and John were so authentic and more wonderful in person. From the beginning I felt 😢his kindred spirit connection that is so precious. She will always be in my heart & on my mind. I will be forever grateful for her kindness in teaching and she and John’s generosity in providing so much for free, although I supported as often as possible because I could never have learned what she taught me if I had to pay to go to college. Wow Cinnamon & I woulda been besties, we sound like the same people!❤😊 I hated math, I rode horses. I have had pink, purple,rainbow hair since I was a teen my mom said I ruined my most beautiful strawberry orange hair too! Hated gym class, failed it every year, funny enough now at 42yrs old I love going to the gym 😂, I was artistic, always won 🏆 painting halloween pictures on store front windows through our art classes in high school. Did I mention I HATED math?! 😫😅 . no wonder I always loved her lol. Even though we never met, I feel like I lost a close friend. I've been watching & painting along with her for 10+yrs. She was a beautiful soul & most talented artist. She will be deeply missed. I still can't believe I won't be seeing anything new video of hers popping up. 😢 ((hugs)) to You Ginger, Jon,her kids & everyone else 💔 by this huge loss. Keep meeting at the easel to keep her spirit alive ✨️
