Mobinaria looks to be some sort of mining colony or similar, as it appears to be built within an asteroid.

I think it's on the surface of Titan (one of Saturn's Moons), is it not?

Took a quick look and it does say Titan when giving the course's name, so it's definitely located there. Not an asteroid.
