51:15 I'm just gonna copy past my lore rant about Mare's Fall from the Steam disscussion pages here In the Spark the Electric Jester canon the Formies are an alien race that colonized the moon long after it and the rest of the Solar System was abandoned. The moon was then terraformed similarly to the planets in Extreme Formula. In Spark 1 two back to back levels take place in ancient abandoned structures, these being Mare Desert and Luna Base. Not only does this track share it's name with both of those levels, it looks incredibly similar to Luna Base and it uses a remix of Luna Base's theme. Plus it's one of the tracks from the Moon Cup. Mare's Fall single highhandedly ties the XF and Spark canon together. What an absolute unit.

Is it better to just boost through turns than slow down? Lot of gameplay I see people crash a lot into walls it seems to be better than slowing down for turns but I can’t tell.

Pretty good, but if this is like f zero does it drift like it too? That would make turns betters and keep up speed while boosting as well. I really can’t wait to get a pc of some kind cause I love f zero gx so I see a lot of potential with this game.

That Hawklands run was disgusting in the greatest way possible. I do think Lake should do things like increase air resistance when not on the ground and maybe bump up the effect of gravity on the cars meaning youd really have launch yourself on non-special mode races to pull off those shortcuts (and get rid of instant disqualification for falling off) but i dont think id want him to remove them fully

It feels so different and astonishing when the machine takes off and performs insane shortcuts... I wish I had enough time to play this game because I'm too busy.

A great big cut that can significantly shorten a trashy course with poor visibility and overboosting that blows the machine off the track surface I think using the Crosswinds with the strongest overboost performance will shorten the time

I have to actively force myself to put this and the recent Aero GPX demo down so I can focus on other things. Seriously, for Early Access, it's too good a game and fills that itch I've wanted in an F-Zero like title for a long time coming. Amazing vid and skills with the W. Kestrel, btw.
