As the owner of a tuned MKVII who's had it close to 150 mph and climbing, 185 mph+/- in this vid is some goddamn impressive. Holy crap.
Love to the way he's throwing body weight to the front to reach 300km. 299 is brilliant for a Golf, good driving.

I think in this run yeah it's true.
The problem is the "turbo speed sensor" from the Conti turbo....when you had a tune one and your tuner makes a good job , than He regulates the power a lot via the sensor mentioned so that nothing breaks....and I think it didn't have any TCU tuning on it, probably low torque

Never 450hp! 9.8 sec for 100 - 200 with automatic? It should be 8.5 sec. Go talk with you tuner get you money back.
And from 250 to 300 its waaaay to long, get an upgraded turbo and fuel pump.
Stock fuel pump is enough in mk8 for way more than 500hp. Stock turbo is ok for about 400-430hp on 100RON, but that tune is not even close to 440hp.

@@denissh9478 No I was just joking. Of course pushing 450hp from a 2 liter engine is puting stress on it but the oil temp was never above 120 C. For sure it wears the engine and gearbox if you push it like 6-7 mins at max throttle, even more if its not made for that kind of power.

If they installed the correct supporting mods for that amount of power it should be fine, the most wear to the components from the top speed run was the launch control.
Even a few hours of driving like that is fine because car is getting a lot of airflow.

The engine knowleadge now is a lot better...the engine can do 550hp without any moods (opf out,dp and llk)
Definitely less than 446hp, much less. Maybe 380. Stage 2 450hp Clubsport goes from 100 to 200 in 7.9s.

Again on of these VAG tunes who claim to have more power... 9,9s from 100-200 . It needs to be atleast a second faster for nearly 450hp. That's a stage1 in the video, nothing more

AWD is heavier and have more parisitic power loss due the 4WD... so, with the same power the 2WD version is faster than the 4WD...
