Over the years, bloxburg has really improved and has me astonished with each progressive update. The memories and difficulties we all had playing old bloxburg will always be a part of me. ❤

the old color pallet brought back SO MUCH MEMORIES. I remember how hard it would be to pick a certain color. also I wish i put the big gulp in my fridge back then.. that wouldve been cool
i used to leave everything the same colour because it was so annoying and i would rage quit every time i tried

Honestly, the thing I miss the most is the old portrait of your avatar that showed what mood you where. I was so sad when they changed it to the new one at the top of your screen.
I think they removed it because the potrait that indicates your mood was probaby inspired by the sims 4

Anyone remember the delete data button in settings? It was basically a button that you could delete all your data and start all over
When I was young I pressed that bc I didn’t know what it said and the worst part was that I just finished my house I spent a few days on
they got rid of it because people used to do that on alt accounts and continuously donate the 7k to their normal acc over and over

Technically the old job selection menu is in the game! If you wait till 8 am and the game tells you to go to work you click one of the options and you’re in the old job menu selection thing.
Some of these make me realize that I have, in fact, been playing for quite long. Especially now days, the new owners are refining details and adding a lot of things that we have been lacking for ages
I used to build a ton, but I took a bit of a break from bloxburg, and my unfinished build that I've been planning to continue, still has stuff like table runners as blankets and custom made cork boards. One I recently deleted used those long lights as vines, and used those little boxes (idk what they were, but yk the ones) to make a blanket draped over the sofa.
I think it's SO cool that we are finally getting things that we've always wished for and had to do work-arounds for, but sometimes you miss that little bit of ridiculousness and creativity. But, I mean, the basic shapes, beams, and the transform tool do really open up an incredible amount of possibilities for good builders
we still need those trimmed doors that are two small squares on top and four long rectangles on the bottom you always see in suburban homes, like the traditional doors but without the crown molding thing on top
the old pizza planet and the mega gulp soda are things that i dont think i could ever forget about old bloxburg tbh.😭
and the old cinematic job selection menu was elite - idk why they removed it

As someone who bought Bloxburg in 2018, I remember the old build paint palette. I absolutely HATED IT! As for the old job uis, it was pretty nice.

Yeah I remembered ALOT of these. Some I forgot over the years because I was rather young when I started playing. Some stuff I def miss from the old times, such as the smaller map, the old sounds, being able to run ppl over with ur car (LOL), and I still remember when they changed pizza planet. One of the things I will NEVER miss though is that old horrible paint menu, I cant believe someone though that was a good design, that thing was HORIBLE to use and every time I would use it I would nearly slam my head through a wall.

I played Bloxburg in middle school and now I’m a high school senior who rarely plays but it’s kinda bittersweet seeing the changes; nevertheless, I’m proud of the developers and all the work they’ve put into it to make it better ☺️
I started playing in grade 8 and I now still play as a grade 12 and it’s so bittersweet.
I started in 2017, at age 9 or 10, I’m 17 now….still obsessed as ever with it though

OK so back in old bloxburg in build mode, there was no symbol like grid symbol or floor symbol( arrow up and down) instead it was like 1 floor 2 floor and 3 floor, another thing is that cars turns in weird way, for example, if you press a or d button on ur keyboard, the cars turns instead of the tire in modern bloxburg. thats all i guess.
edit: about cars, the 25K car, the tire was like attached to the car, now in current bloxburg, is just like float, also the mood thing was in the buttom left corner instead at the stop and it will show ur avatar as well
1:16 they changed that cus you could actually kick people from the server from convincing them to stand on top of your car while moving. You could also kick people from driving them into a plot they’re blocked on😭
One of my first builds ever was a winter log cabin with a forest surrounding it and a fake lake in 2018 I was really proud of it since I did it without gamepasses but one day I made someone a roommate and they started destroying my build. I got so frustrated I just deleted everything myself.

In the Old Bloxburg, If you go to the Club at the Town. You can get 'Grape Juice' If you buy it, It will come in a 'Wine Glass' This was later been replace to the Glass Cups since they don't want anything "Alcohol" Related.

I started playing bloxburg in 2019 same year that I started playing Roblox.
I just noticed the new moon mirror from the space furniture update is the same design as the moon in Toy Stories Pizza Planet
I actually still have the mega gulp in my fridge, I’ve never drink it because I put it in there a little before the update and then I wanted to keep it in there because who wouldn’t?
And they should have kept old job selection it’s was really cool.
I knew all of these! Is pretty cool looking at new bloxburg vs old and see how much is has changed already!

I started playing in late 2021, but when I was younger I’d watch bloxburg videos, and I felt nostalgic from the color pallet, and the job menu

On mobile u can just click a wall if the one next to it already painted and it does out everything same texture and color I'm am happy for the update of that
I remember when i first started we had the Nyan cat on the TV and (I know this one changed) We could change both sides of the wall at once instead of having each side considered a different wall
I remembered some of this since i played bloxburg in 2018 or 2019
Edit: the thing i remembered the most is the job selection and the nyan cat
I remember the cashier job being way different. They'd spawn at your register and you'd earn money based on the amount of items they had. refilling bags was also not needed as you'd never run out.

:- You couldn't close curtains or shutters, only blinds
:- You couldn't sit on the ottomans
The old starter house was so good. I miss that one so much. The first party I attended was at that old house.
