- This month the Arcturians brought us an energetic release. This is a deep activation that will go into the core of your being. I highly recommend you follow this guided experience while sitting in a quiet place with the option to close your eyes.
This was a beautiful and much needed release for me. It turned out that I had a delayed release as well, and a lot of emotion came up for me later. I was aware of the emotion being connected to the past and I chose to consciously work through it. I journaled and moved my body to release it.
I wanted to share that so you could go in with some preparation as to how you want to hold yourself if you have a delayed release like I did. I would love to hear how you experience this. I’m a circle member but still watch the majority of your videos on this platform. I don’t usually comment or have my camera on during your Zooms as I most often only experience transmisssions and activations via tears. Tears of joy, or tears of release, it varies based on the transmission/activation. This is the first transmission that I have REALLY felt in my body, and I am SO grateful ❤️ I have been aware of a blockage in my solar and sacral plexuses and their corresponding organs, and have been trying to work through their root traumas for MONTHS. MONTHS. I felt this churning and then felt my heart and my being lighten. It was incredible, and very validating to finally also feel what I should be feeling. Other transmissions I have to watch the video 3-5 times before I slowly begin to feel what is described in the video. I’ve been looking to Arcturus quite a lot recently, and suspect their energy supported me last night as I processed some intense rage that arose last night after drunk neighbors almost took out my entire butterfly/herb garden with a stray firework that exploded at my doorstep. I am blessed knowing that their energy was likely amongst my Spirit team last night, helping me actually process and release my rage in a healthy way 🥰 Thank you Eluña for bringing us these priceless transmissions- you have brought so much growth, expansion, awareness, and peace into my life in just the last 6 months. Amazing activation! I feel so much relief! 🦋 I started my day with this. 5am with a beautiful sky after the hurricane. I followed the instructions, or better said, flowed like water with them. At first, I felt calm, surrounded by love and then I’ve realized I’m feeling like this since almost 2 weeks. Afterwards, I felt… pleasure. I thought I was doing something wrong, but images came in : Khem, Vesica Piscis, Alchemy. Meditation is over and a video calls my attention -sacred union-. Several other experiences happened during my day and, as my personal habit, I’ve listened this video again before sleeping. I entered again, now actively using zero point and my body just moved to the right position at every phase. So much energy pulsating, specially my fingers (that locked in a mudra). Also felt stings, bites and another attempts of distraction, but stayed focused. I’m so proud of myself! :3

I have been wading in deeper waters of late. Humbled through the highs and lows of the human experience of love separation. There’s so much unworthiness that I have been trying to release I could feel the activity deep in my belly and hope for the release of unworthiness, resistance to change, and the stories of separation I can cling to in times of chaos. There's always something special about your channeled meditations from the Arcturians. I always feel the need to come back to these meditations several times. Thank you, thank you Council. It shows me clear this way of releasing the energy of my emotions of sadness and grief, especially about my loved ones and adult children. I am a Quantum Healer and that makes me hold on to the idea I have to find a way to heal them. It has always been this way, but ofcourse it's their path with their guidance. I know. So as always the healing starts again by healing myself and releasing my old restrictive beliefs and dessolving old contracts.
But still I find it difficult. But I take this transmission serieus so I go and work with it to clear myself.

I always welcome and trust your transmissions. I started to cry and acknowledge that release. I didn't feel discomfort per se in my physical body. I hope to maintain the remembrance to ask the belly area questions. I did see energy in my minds eye lifting and floating up on each side. I was aware of a few angels and other galactic beings present... assisting, gently waving the energy up. An Arcturian at my door, peacefully. This was a loving, soothing experience I appreciate. I was zipped up in something like unto a placenta at the end to protect me from other's energies.

I was floating and light. A few weeks back when I was needing to soothe myself I found myself in this exact space that was shown by your channeling. It’s possible I was guided to this space at the time but I wasn’t aware I was being lead. This guided experience adds another layer of knowing of how this behind the belly button space can be used. It also gives me more confidence that I am able to hear the Universe more and more. So beautiful. Thank you. Once again I feel like I’m in sync with these channeling.

I felt a tightening of that area at the beginning. As the meditation progressed, I began to feel peaceful and felt like I was in a neutral zone within the inner belly botton area. During the activation, I could see a slight outline of one of our cosmic family. Ok so wow. I found your work a couple months ago and find it be very resonant and powerful for me. This morning I listened to this video and received the activation. I felt some pressure in the abdomen but nothing uncomfortable. It was peaceful. Now it’s dinner time. I was watching a tv show where a very traumatized woman took her first step toward trusting again, and suddenly I burst into tears. It quickly escalated into the most gut-wrenching sobs I’ve ever cried in my life. I had no idea what this was about, certainly nothing from this lifetime. But I was crying these great heaving sobs including screams and wails. I was so bereft, it felt as though my daughter had died in my arms and I was holding her and crying over her body. I knew enough to let it come up and out. I was astonished at how long it went on. Then, it completed, and I meditated for a while to let my nervous system calm down. I’ve lost loved ones before, but I have never felt pain like that before and hope to never again. But now I am joyful to have cleared a deep wound I had no idea I was carrying. I felt much lighter and like I can breathe all the way down into the very base of me, which I didn’t even know was possible. It’s like I have waaaay more room inside me now. Thanks girlfriend, that was really something!

Thank you, Eluna. Last night I was getting ready for bed, when suddenly I felt incredibly ill and knew I had to throw up. It came out of nowhere, but I went to the bathroom and tried to throw up but couldn't, so I drank some water and decided to go to bed and see if it passed by lying down. I fell asleep soon after I got into bed, but I woke up just right before 5 AM and looked out the window at the sky going from dark to light slowly (this is one of my favorite times of day). Suddenly, I felt as if a bubble of bitterness exploded in my throat and I could taste the bitterness so clearly that I had to quickly jump out of bed as I felt sick to my stomach again. I went to the kitchen to look for a plastic bag as my son was in the bathroom, and as I stood in the kitchen just trying to make myself throw up, again, I couldn't. Suddenly I felt a fire going down my sternum and all the way into my lungs and into my stomach! I got really scared as this has never happened to me! I asked my angels and guides to help me get through this or take me if it was my time, but the intense heat was too much and I got a large bottle of water out of the fridge and downed it as fast as I could to try to calm the intense fiery heat that I was feeling! Ten minutes passed and I had to just stand there feeling the intensity of that heat until it started winding down and I was able to go back to bed, but I didn't lie down, I sat there with another bottle of water taking sips and looking out the window wondering what this was until it dissipated completely. I looked at the time and it had been about an hour since I first felt the heat inside my body, so I then lied down and was able to go back to sleep. I have not the slightest idea what that was, except that I normally feel or sense things that I will learn about a little later (it usually takes only hours for me to get a confirmation of what I feel and sense), so this energy release activation is making enormous sense for me! In looking at the time when I'm seeing your video, I see that you posted it exactly when I was feeling that intense heat inside my body! 😲😲😲
The only way I can think of describing the heat is to say that it felt as if I had drank water mixed with jalapeno peppers! The heat was intense, painful and so very real I entertained the idea of going to the Emergency Room! I really started getting scared when I felt it in my lungs! That's when I decided to drink that chilled water, which I think gave me a sense of relief only because I was doing something that was taking my attention away from that intensity! I prayed hard too!
My son didn't get out of the bathroom until hours later, and I can't wait for him to wake up to ask him if he was feeling the same thing too because we are very empathic with each other and he told me that he felt sick to his stomach earlier in the evening, but he went out to smoke a cigarette to see if that would calm down the nausea.
The nausea lasted about two hours for me, then, then I went to sleep and woke up when that bitter "bubble" burst in my throat and I felt the intense heat!
Wow. This is one of the most incredible things that has ever happened to me, but thank you Eluna for allowing the Arcturians to give us this (much needed) activation, which in reality, for me, was an enormous release and an explanation of what I felt! I am still stunned.

In March when your Arcturian activations began I knew nothing of the term Arcturian. Although it was mentioned to me twice in a reading in May ’23, the term meant nothing and didn’t register with me. Around March I was somehow guided to go back to my notes from that reading and I noticed the name (although I had mid-spelt it) and began to do some reading.
OMG, I have been on a journey since then, and then a few days ago your Arcturian activation from March popped up at the top of my feed. I have listened through to July and this feels so powerful and significant for me.

After the energy clearing I was led to stay longer and put on Inner Universe by Mitch Kohn and continued to focus on this area. As humans we have additional power that is not available to the channeled entities so I stayed there and followed my guidance and deep deep deep I found the field of the idea of desires/wants unmet that was gut wrenching. And so I spent time feeling/seeing/being/breathing/expressing and then inviting all this energy to receive love and spent time just merging with all the feelings and those feelings being held by love and encompassing out to the collective as a representative. Beautiful activation. I felt that like a stabbing pain deep in my belly. It was intense, but also the good type of pain like a needed deep tissue massage. There has been so much trauma that I have uncovered and released the last year and a half. However in this practice, I found that there is still much to let go of. Thank you for helping with this process! It is so much smoother to release it directly like this than through the mind and ego. I will be returning to this video and practice. ❤️
